I discovered that a staff member has been publicly shaming individuals without reason. It seems like this behavior is automatic for them. I remember when my friend sent three recorded pieces of solid evidence, but what did the staff do? They ignored my friend and continued the public shaming. Really? Now, I no longer trust any of the staff members. I will be adding all of them to my blacklist account, all staff members are suspicious of adding history accounts due to their behavior, and I will never trust you again! "Sent a request to investigate the Hypixel staff members."

lag ghost blocks eveyrtime and hackers everywhere bc the anti cheat is completly dog shit

I have been playing on Hypixel for a REALLY long and it is AWESOME. The only complaints i have is that i am level 25 bedwars and i have fought someone level 186. And the lag is only another thing to add to my crappy WiFi. But otherwise Hypixel is AWESOME!

This has to be one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever had.

I contacted support with a clear and simple request, explained everything in detail, and instead of actually reading my message, I received nothing but generic copy-paste replies that had nothing to do with what I asked.

I followed up again, clarified everything even further, and made it very clear that I was NOT requesting an appeal. Still, I got the exact same useless response — clearly automated or not properly reviewed.

After that? Complete silence. No reply for almost two weeks.

At this point, calling this “support” is honestly a joke. There is no real assistance, no proper communication, and no effort to actually help users.

What makes it even worse is that this is a company making a huge amount of money, yet apparently too cheap or too greedy to invest in proper customer support. Instead, users are left dealing with bots and ignored requests.

If you ever need actual help, don’t expect to get it here.

More hackers than EVER, even though the "prediction" anticheat JUST UPDATED. Another thing is after 5 stars in Bedwars, it queues you with players that have 3000 STARS... its just shitty yk?
There also is not a server for EU and AS, so high ping ig?

Staff is arrogant, and not even looking at a appeal.. I got banned because of their laggy servers i was glitching around when i got kicked out to main menu. seconds later when i was tryna join again i was given ban for no reason. It fells like they don't even read the appeal i sent them.. or just don't care, i even had rank

banned for saying a ddos not even intended to haras someone, its grinding not much fun just first 50-60 hrs, then you are stuck in a loop

great server I would say that its perfect non lag make high ping players like me have almost non lag although sometimes it does lag the server itself in every single game that this swerver has is perfect even though I dont play many games the server is saved maqny people said that it wouldnt be saved but it is saved great antichet the only flaw is just all the repoprts always arent revied

Hypixel is great, they have many mini games to choose from. Sometimes you may experience lag but if you say you die because of lag you just suck. THE Lag is hardly noticeable. Bedwars, skywars, and skyblock are all amazing gamemodes they have. Also how tf is the ratings so low on here?

This Minecraft server has a ton of fun games, like Bedwars, Hopper, Disasters or the Bridge. That was just a fraction of the number of game modes there are on Hypixel. Nearly all game modes are fun and you could spend hours playing them without getting bored.

A lot of people complain about bad ping or a lot of cheaters but that doesn't happen nowadays. I think they might have fixed the lag issues and that they improved Watchdog (their anti-cheat system). Whatever they did, it seems to work because I haven't had any of those issues for over a year.

I honestly can't think of anything negative about the server. It has a high player count in most game modes, so it won't take long to queue and it also works great, I've never encountered any weird bugs that ruin the game.
