Great brand and team

I have purchased many things from hypland over the past 2 years and only ever had one bad experience, which was quickly and professionally handled with the customer in mind.

The quality of their products are top…

The quality of their products are top notch and licenced with some of the coolest anime titles. The website is safe, easy to navigate, have payment plans, and the form of payment is safe too. I've purchased 3 different products from hoodies, varsity jacket, and their latest dbz bag. Love this Black Owned Anime centric street wear brand!

Been a fan for a long time since it was initially Hypland Worldwide. The quality of the clothing has always been outstanding. The customer service has always been top tier. Looking forward to seeing them grow more.

Long live HYPLAND

Excellent customer service, items ship out quickly. Most importantly, all apparel I've purchased are of the highest quality! They've survived casual days and the hardest training days at the gym. Appreciate y'all and much love.

I placed my order on the 1st of…

I placed my order on the 1st of February and only gotten a email confirmation. I sent an email today (March 6th) only to find out my red eyes black dragon rug was delivered on the 11th of February. What's crazy is when I got a response back from Hypland, I was getting emails of my order being delivered. Never had these before. Something's very shady with this company is all I have to say from here. I asked for a replacement and just didn't get a good answer. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service

I'm in the uk and I ordered a hoodie. Not cheap and shipping was £10. The package says delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. Turns out they have sent it to a completely different address than what I provided. I have shown them proof of this and they will not own up to their mistake. Worst customer service for something I paid £70 for.

terrible customer service - forgot my order

Ordered a hoodie and my order was meant to be shipped 1 week after that date, however they didn't even give me any order status updates for a whole month. During the month on the 2nd and 3rd week I emailed hypland customer service multiple times to no answer. After about a month passed they finally responded to me that they somehow "forgot" to process and ship my order. After many excuses they finally shipped my order for it to come 2 months and a half after the order confirmation date. The hoodie came wasn't even worth the 80 dollars for the quality

Whoever handles email/customer service, their not good.

This is honestly my first time having any issues with this place. But when I emailed about a hoodie that didn’t come to me they just kept claiming it was delivered. ONE hoodie was delivered. I ordered TWO and have yet to receive it, it’s just stuck in one place since the 16th (when it shipped). I even showed proof (a picture AND the separate tracking number it came with) and they still just claim it was delivered. I’m glad I used paypal/credit card because I will be getting my refund for the ONE hoodie and this will be my last time purchasing from them.

So far I have given it 1 star. I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/30/2022. The order summary said I would receive a separate tracking number by email when the order shipped. I never received that email, but I have received multiple emails encouraging me to purchase
more items.

Since I hadn’t received the sweatshirt as of 12/19/2022, I checked the email from Hypland confirming my purchase and found a link encouraging me to download”Shop” to determine the status of my order. I did that and it showed the sweatshirt had been delivered by Fed Ex 2 hours previously. It wasn’t at my door and after checking my home security video, there was no sign that it had been delivered. I emailed Hypland and haven’t heard from them.
