SCAM!!! I unsubscrbed, thinking that was that... NOOOOO, they billed me for another year! There isn't any customer service. Billed and no refund. The only way to be sure that you will not be billed in the future is to call your bank.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I tried it, but then didn't really find it helpful. It auto-renewed and when I tried to reach support to cancel and stop the auto-renewal, no one responded. It has now happened AGAIN and I cannot get any help from the company, they never respond, and I'm having to dispute it with my credit card company. So, I've now spent almost $200 on a website I used for 2 weeks.
I’m just starting this program. After reading the other reviews on this site I tried to see if I would get an email to manage my subscription. I got it in a couple of minutes and it worked fine. I will update this review as I am progressing through this program.
If I could give a negative review I would. I tried to cancel the subscription back in August 2024. You have to ask for a link to be emailed to you to access the customer portal. The email never came. Over and over. I disputed the charge with my bank. They kept charging me. They are a HORRIBLE company.
This site has audio in different languages, they speed up the track so the voice goes really fast, I asked for a refund but now, total scam!!!! How can I get my money back????
I definitely should’ve done my research a little bit more on this site. I did pay for a membership, but once I got through the first video, I knew it was not for me! I tried to sign into my account online, but you put your email in and it’s supposedly send you an email to log into your account which it never has and I’ve tried it three times. I’ve reached out to their email directly three times with no response. I’ll just have to put a stop payment on this for now. But please do not get sucked in. This is obviously a scam!
The very first session (out of 40 for a six month membership) was immediately glitchy. The session would continuously stop after 30-45 seconds making it completely useless for its purpose. No response or resolution from the company even after requesting a refund. Seems like a scam, unfortunately.
