I purchased a Hypnos Superking bed and…

I purchased a Hypnos Superking bed and mattress some 12 months ago, and since then I am on my third mattress as they have all formed depressions on each side and become uncomfortable. In fairness to the company, they have replaced the mattress easily each time for which I was grateful. Now the third mattress has the same defect, so a refund is my desire NOT a fourth mattress. Disappointingly, they needed me to go through a process that would end up as a replacement again. Keith Coghill
