The whole process has been extremely smooth and easy from start to finish. I have been extremely lucky to collaborate with both Helge and Janik, they have been very friendly and pro-active during the whole process.

Their broad knowledge around housing, loans, market economics, central bank & interest rates were extremely helpful into making the right mortgage choice.

They have been great in listening to my needs, questions, and did an amazing work in explaining what would have been impossible to understand in German.

Marc was very helpful, responsive and professional. It is not an easy process and it is very stressful, because it is a lot of money at the end. As novices, we understood little about the German mortgage market but were expertly guided through the process, right down to being advised that we'd be better off financially by accepting our bank's direct offer. Helge is not only our ‘mortgage broker’ but he is a trusted friend, advisor. With Helge's help we purchased our first home. Helge has spent hours upon hours with us, over the phone and in person. Helge always encourages us to ask questions, always emphasizing ‘no question is a dumb question!’ and we always feel like we can call him to clarify things we are unsure of!
