Both Nicole Weichert and Cora Meyer were incredibly helpful and understanding. I found the whole process very intimidating especially not as a native German speaker, they walked me through the process at every step and were patient when I didn't understand. I don't think I could have gone through the process without them!

Taking mortgage in a foreign country without speaking local language is a bit scary. Fortunately such companies exists! It was really a great help along the process, besides initial calls, we exchanged tens of emails along the way and made it happen. Thanks a lot!

Do you wish to be a homeowner in Germany but don't know where to start in getting a mortgage? Or maybe a little anxious because you don't feel confident with the language? Hypofriend has covered all the bases and more than exceeded my expectations.

I met with a mortgage expert for advice tailored to my situation and she was able to give me insight and teach me the whys so that I felt more confident in my search. While I searched and even scheduled to view various properties my mortgage expert always quickly and diligently supported my efforts by supplying a financial certificate. There was even one property that scheduled to view last minute and I had a financial certificate within an hour before going to view the property. I have never been more impressed with customer service as I have with Hypofriend. But this is not where it ends.

Once I selected a property my mortgage expert ensured that I knew which documents to securely upload and immediately conducted a review. If documents needed to be resubmitted for any reason this was clearly and efficiently communicated. My mortgage expert was able to secure a mortgage proposal within 48 hours! My mortgage expert had even prepared me for the time in which she would take vacation and did a warm hand off to her colleague. There were no deficiencies or gaps in my case. Hypofriend experts ensured that no delay or reduced service was experienced in my case. Keep reading it gets even better.

My new mortgage expert was equally efficient and diligent in her work. She worked with me and the Bank to ensure that all additional documents met the banks requirements. She was able to anticipate everything to make it impossible for the bank to have reason to say no! Her hard work and efforts ended with a mortgage approval. But the communication and care did not end with the approval secured. She continued to communicate and check if the mortgage contracts were received by post and schedule an appointment with the bank on my behalf.

Both mortgage experts that handled my case were knowledge, professional and patient. They answered all my questions and never seemed to become frustrated when my questions were the result of my unfamiliarity with the processes in Germany. They always responded to emails within hours. I was able to schedule a video call easily. When I called by phone there was someone to answer or give me a call back same day. By the way you can also schedule a phone call to ensure that your mortgage expert is available for you. Hypofriend has really considered the customer and given multiple ways of communication.
