Our guy was Frank Kragt. He was very friendly, professional, explained to us everything in ENG, as we are not such great NL speakers, and all the paperwork is in NL. Managed to find a decent % for us, even though our situation is a bit out of the ordinary and might be tough in other cases. I don`t put 5 stars, as we mentioned to Frank that 1 important question we were asked way into the process should be asked at the very beginning, to avoid hiccups. But that`s the trouble of their system and the internal regulation they have, which needs to be changed, not his personal mistake.
