Hyro is a very nice firm to trade for so far, I am very sure that the company is legit, because they are active on all platforms, react quickly to support questions, and have existed for a while. I have been trading for them since 9 months now, unfortunately I did not have a payout yet because I did not complete their challenge yet. After the payout they will receive 5 stars from me.
I really advise this company for crypto swing traders.

This company constantly changes the rules whenever they start losing money. Many traders purchased the 1-phase challenge with a 10% drawdown, but once they realized it wasn’t profitable for them, they unilaterally lowered it to 6%—not just for new accounts, but for existing ones as well.

I was at an 8% drawdown, still within the original rules, yet my account was suddenly marked as failed without warning. No email, no proper notification—yet they have no problem spamming fake competitions.

When questioned, their response was essentially: "We do what we want because it’s in the terms and conditions." That’s not how ethical businesses operate.

This is deceptive and unethical. I have already contacted multiple law firms in the Czech Republic regarding their practices.

Bonus: If you criticize them on Discord, they block you immediately to silence any negative feedback.

Avoid this firm at all costs.

Great costumer service - i went one day over the limit for inactivity. They said that since it was a misunderstanding from my side, they would give me another chance (for FREE) and open my account again. Great stuff.

I had specific questions before entering a challenge. The answer was fast, friendly and professional. When funded, max drawdown per day is still 5% which is good risk management. But max loss on the account is static, so max loss on a 100 000 account will remain 90 000. With normal performance and good risk management these are good rules. Will enter a challenge shortly, thanks!

got absolutely scammed by these guys. I had received a 10k free account from a giveaway and I passed phase 1 & 2, however after passing phase 2 they randomly decided to breach me? for most bullshit excuse I have seen.
spend days going back and forth proving how there dashboard is fcked as I had already reached the profit target but on their dashboard it was showing a balance way below the the drawdown.

I can see they have manipulated their TP reviews please stay away from this firm and if you want proof lmk I ll provide it.

I have completed the 1-step challenge and during the whole process I did not experience any difficulties at all. Everything was clearly defined the dashboard was functioning properly, and any issues I had were promptly and efficiently solved by the support staff. Overall, it was a positive experience.

When i started trading with Hyro i liked it because of the bybit platform.
Their customer service is good, they answer quick and solve problems.
The Hyro homepage looks professional with the photos of the monitors and all the trading that must be going on in the blue ambience light.
They seem to represent good team spirit.
I invested some money in challenges.
After failing and failing they sent me some 30% codes while everybody else received 20% halloween codes.
So i got 10% more discount which is cheap customer care in my opinion.
When it comes to trading they have rules for everything, i mean a lot of rules. Their newest invention are the "2x" rule and the "max allocation" rule. These are the reason i will not trade with Hyro in the future. The beauty of bybit is that you can adjust leverage and you can compount your profits. Congratulation, you destroyed the number 1 argument to trade with Hyro. Now your profits are limited. Hyro put their own interest over basic trading aesthetics. It is clear they want to avoid big payouts by any means. They think if they throw in words like "discipline" "consistancy" and "profitability" that makes them professional. Rules like that make me a proud gambler. It is sad what companies like Hyro make out of trading because in reality trading has nothing to do with consistancy! For an example in 1987, Larry Williams won the year-long World Cup Championship of Futures Trading with an astounding 11,376% net return. In 2001, a modest 53% return captured the crown.
Prop firms like Hyro just want certain type of traders to fullfill their needs.
They act selfish and don't support good customers who invest long term. They ignore basics of business.
I believe their "typical" prop concept is not sustainable.
For me, a trader who wants to progress and improve, there is no place in a firm like Hyro.
I decided to go where i am treated best and that are prop firms that are able to pay high amounts of money to good traders and firms that give you freedom to be a true trader.
