Best support from a professional team that know exactly what they are doing

We moved our servers to Hyve a year or so ago now. I must say compared to other hosting providers, not only is their support second to none, their professionalism and knowledge is way above the rest. Recently our servers were hacked as we were hosting outdated open source content management systems. Unfortunately, all our websites were infected and our accounts were being used to send out spam emails. The hack was very advanced and far too complicated for me to solve by myself, so I asked Hyve for help. Usually in this situation the host would just shut down the servers until I had resolved the problem. However, Hyve gave it their full detailed attention as they were aware of how it would affect my business. They identified the problem, built me a couple of fresh servers and monitored them whilst I uploaded the clean cms websites. Because of this level of support there was little downtime for my clients and the problem was solved. I would undoubtedly recommend Hyve's services to anyone who is looking for a reliable hosting solution!! Thanks again I owe you one!

Service super efficient and super quick!

We have complete peace of mind with Hyve, they offer exceptional customer service and an immediate response team. The fact that they categorise priority levels as Important, Urgent or Critical says it all really. They deserve to be recommended for their smooth, efficient service and expertise.

Just Switched From Rackspace To Hyve

So far, Hyve has met and exceeded my expectations. Staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond. My website's migration went smoothly. It looks like this is the beginning of a wonderful relationship.

Always available and give the AAA level of support

Team is always available and very helpful. They understand our needs to do the best to provision the services we need.
The team is very professional and friendly and they will be available for help any time of day.

Excellent support and servers are very quick and stable

Had problems with shared hosting so moved to Hyve to improve our services. Our site is ColdFusion based which is hard to find good hosting for but I've been extremely pleased so far. Support has been quick (and helpful) at all times of day and even on weekends. As with an earlier reviewer the learning curve was quite steep at first but once setup the site has been rock solid and much quicker than previous hosting.

Very helpful

We have been with Hyve for about a month now and have set up a managed cloud server. It is a steep learning curve for me but Hyve have been very helpful. For a lot of companies you get the great sales talk then nothing once you've given them some money, but so far service has been great.

Exception service and reliability

We have been using Hyve for almost 8 years now for email, website and application hosting using site to site VPN as well. They have proved very reliable and efficient in providing this service and when we needed to upgrade server they have been very fast and efficient.

Outstanding support

At 5:30 this afternoon I asked Hyve if they could help out with a problem we were having with another provider.

They've stuck with us all evening, it's now 23:55 and we're all ready for tomorrow morning.

Excellent Service as always from Hyve

Just moved server from one server to a new cloud server at Hyve . The old server had run faultlessly for the past 4 years - but Hyve suggested they build me a new server to ensure continued reliability as the old machine was likely to become troublesome after years of reliable service.

Switching sites over is a very daunting task - especially when you run ecommerce and database powered sites - to this was not something I was looking forward to doing. Umar from Hyves tech Support team to was assigned to oversee the move was exceptionally knowledgeable on all aspects of this scenario. Firstly he migrated the sites across from the old server to the new one - and as I switched each site in turn - he was there to sort out a few niggles which arose. Within 10 days the job was completed - Hyves exceptional level of support had made it as simple as task as it could be. I would not hesitate to recommend Hyve for server hosting - and will of course now be looking forward to another 4 or 5 years trouble free hosting. Thanks to Umar and all the team at Hyve

Really helpful, knowledgeable and got to the root of the problem quickly

Had some issues with our email program and with our inhouse developer on leave, it was a real problem for us. The guys at Hyve really helped out in a timely manner. It would have been a real pain and quite costly at a busy time of year for us, so we were very grateful for their help getting the program sorted, allowing us to continue marketing to our clients.

The ticket support system works well and seems to be manned 24/7 and the regular updates keep you fully advised about wahts happening.

New benchmark for customer service and Cloud Hosting knowledge

We used Hyve for our Cloud hosting solution and have been very impressed with the service to date.
Having sent tenders our to multiple hosting companies, most of the replies were confusing and certainly made it hard to understand how the proposed technology solutions would fulfil our business requirements. We found that this is where Hyve really added value and one of the key criteria for us to choose Hyve for our Hosting. They took the time to understand what we wanted as a customer and were able to work a bespoke solution that fitted our brief perfectly, also offering us true scalability for the future should we need it.
I've dealt with a number of hosting firms over the years and find Hyve refreshingly understanding of their customer needs, not just from a Technology view but also as a commercial standpoint. The ongoing support has been very good, so far they have always gone the extra mile which really gets their name recognised within our business, especially with a lot of pressure on budgets and tight SLA's to adhere to.
We have a number of future projects which we would now strongly consider them for. In the past I would of probably overlooked Hyve for other larger companies with a more well known business presence. However, historically none of these have ever been able to offer the kind of support and guidance we need, especially being that they are UK based but still offer 24/7 support.
