Fairly good experience

Fairly good experience, repair took a little longer than expected due to faulty replacement part, but device is now working properly so far.

Good communication and a reasonable price for the expertise.

Data Retrieval from MacBook Pro

The team at iSquad we’re brilliant when my daughter spilt Apple juice over her MacBook Pro. They confirmed what Apple had already said in that the Macbook was a right off and yet they managed to retrieve all her data for just under £80, even though I’d struggled to find anyone else that could access the SSID, due to the MacBook Pro 2017 having new proprietary Apple connections. I couldn’t recommend iSquad any more highly. They really know their stuff and were really helpful and friendly! I was then able to make an home insurance claim for the replacement value of the Macbook itself.

Deceitful

I took my phone there as my phone wasnt charging I told them this and they took my phone for 2 hours, when I returned they said they’d checked it and it was the mother board, which would cost £99.99 I agreed to have it done, but they said they couldn’t do it for over a week, so I said I’ll bring it back. On the was back a popped into another phone shop to see if they could do it, which they could, they done their checks on it and said it was the charging point, which I first thought. So I wouldn’t trust them or recommend them to anyone, just trying to rob people!

I have taken a look into your repair and a new charging port was in fact tested on your device alongside a new battery, although was not drawing the correct amount of current. Hence why we confirmed an underlying motherboard issue. We use specialist equipment to test such things, and this was providing us with the evidence that was noted.

My apologies that you feel as though we were trying to be deceitful, although I can fully assure you we take great pride in being transparent and honest.
