i-Success Academy Reviews 

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the chance to complete my level 5.
However, I was not very happy with the way the information was shared. The marking criteria was confusing and the the TO DO list was massive (work products and observation).
Some assessors were helpful than others and the changing of assessors was sometimes creating confusion as each of them came with their expectations.
At some point, I wanted to give because there is a lot to complete in such a short term/2 years. Fortunately, Kim, my last assessor really put me on the right track. I am glad that I finally got there and now have my certificate.
I would recommend I-Success Academy to others but will insist that you provide all information that they need to know before hand (for example, complete each unit at 100%).
Thank you Vicky for being available at all time and thank you to all my assessors as each of them played a major part in the completion of my Level 5.

The course is helpful, well managed and well prepared.

The support from the assessors were massive.

I like the interactive way of your training and it is very excellent experience. The staff is very cooperative.

Initially it wasn't sinking in but later it became easier.
The assignment feedback turnaround was fantastic.

The only snag was the lack of human touch and/or interaction with my internal assessor.

Keep it up. I look forward be part of the assessment team.

It was great to have completed my Level 5 course with I-Success Academy.

Vicky and specially my accessor Kim were very helpful and supportive during my lessons.

training martials was good and tutor support as well however, the guide for the assignment were not adequate, and also there was no adequate sample for most of the task that result in delegate asked to resubmit for more that one time, it could be better if you have provide sample and forms for different task to make it more clearer to learners.

I have personally benefited form the training and assessment i went through and I have enjoyed the training and happy with assessment.

It Was very good experience and my assessor was very helpful.

The feedback and replay in mails was very slow and final certificate take time

The training was useful and the material is beneficial and just need some typo fixing.
The instructor was very helpful and nice during the guiding lectures and she has high level of experience and knowledge that helped me.
The whole experience was good to me and i will look forward to further higher level of training course with i-Success academy.

Thank you to all the amazing teams of I success Academy. I completed the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management in Adult care. The support avaliable is amazing from my Assessor. All my queries were responded within 2 working days. I-success Academy ensures not just that I completed the course but I gained extensive knowledge for my profession. I had few of my works returned back for resubmission but they ensure to provide support to me to do more research on my work and each time, I gained more knowledge. Their level of professionalim is also commendable.
I understand certificate takes time after finishing the course, but they make sure to explain the whole process for me in an email, the time frame for the certificate to be issued. And I received my certificate with no delay.

There was continued support throughout my qualification. I felt confident in knowing that I would be supported through the course in order to obtain my qualification. Also, the communication was excellent.

I am totally happy with the I Success Academy courses and assessor was very friendly & supportive through out my training period.

Too many changes of teacher, course completed long time ago but there been too much backlogs etc. It took over 2 years rather than 1 yr.

The course content is very elaborate and practical. It is very relevant to my work both for now and in my future growth. The only downside was that at the beginning the instructions on how were not clear to me. Feedback from my assessor was not consistent. And most calls to the assessor were not successful. An introduction of the program by the assessor at the beginning would have made it easier.
