Have bought from them before, but this particular brand of sunglasses is faulty, broke almost instantly (2 pairs) and they are refusing to refund them, claiming it is my fault.

There is clearly a manufacturing fault and the plastic is obviously fragile and not fit for purpose.

So much for their satisfaction guaranteed claim!

Ordered birds Eagle motorcycle changeable lens sunglasses. from I sunglasses on ebay.
Item not recived .
Seller claimed that they were still well within second class Royal mail delivery time ........
I'm now on day 15 of waiting their exscue is a complete joke no second class post takes 15 days or more,
I've never had this problem with them before they use to be my go to company untill a few years ago.
Guess I won't be back again after this.
They have untill the 10th to refund me, their words that's tomorrow .
I will be back with an update
UPDATE....10/05/23
Contracted the seller for replacement or refund no reply.
Asked ebay to step in for a full Refund which they finally did due to the fact that the tracking number would not show tracking information.

I've bought from i-sunglasses once before and had no problem, so I was expecting a normal transaction. Not so.

If you bought a pair of overglasses described by i-sunglasses as "'Will fit over most spectacles up to 140mm across the temples, maximum 34mm lens height" wouldn't you expect them to fit your glasses of 135mm by 33.5mm? Of course you would.

So when they arrived and didn't I checked their height, and they can only take 32mm max height. I emailed to say they can't fit, and the company and said send them back and we'll refund the cost.

This is where it goes wrong.

I said they're misdescribed so you should pay the return postage. The reply was amusing -

"Our product description clearly states 'Will fit over MOST spectacles up to 140mm across the temples, maximum 34mm lens height'. Sorry, the return postage will be at your cost."

And they stuck to it - they will not pay to cover their mistake.

So just be aware that:
1 - you can't trust their dimensions
2 - be prepared to write off their postage to you and your recorded delivery costs (their recommendation) to return them when they don't meet their owndescription

It's difficult to recommend someone who can't get basic dimensions correct and will not cover the costs to correct their mistake.
