Excellent service via remote access
Excellent service via remote access. I have used FatCat IT for several years now. No inconvenience disconnecting PC and delivering for repair then having to collect and reconnect all those cables. I would 100% recommend James Powell and FatCat IT to anyone who has any type of PC issue. James also provides replacement equipment at competitive rates along with any requirement for programme writing. An excellent service.

Flawless service, highly recommended
We approached James and his team after a disastrous few days of data loss with one of our primary databases. After hearing good things about i90 from one of our developers we gave them a call expecting an appointment to be set but to our delight James arrived onsite in just under an hour. After asking us what system we used and which machines needed attention he set to work and even managed to salvage a lot of our data from our main server.
He gave us a number of options for a more robust backup solution, was always polite and concise and followed up with us a few days after just to make sure data was being backed up to our new cloud service with i90.
Professional, fast and feels like one of our team now. Highly recommended if you ever get stuck or just want someone who actually knows what they're doing. Thankyou!

It is a sad fact that the majority of all businesses will lose data at some point which is why the old proverb 'prevention is better than cure' is so accurate. We are delighted that all the new systems are now in place and that you have also been able to fully test restoration of data as well (which is just as important!)
I don't like IT but I like i90
Computers are unreliable and break at the most inconvenient times but at least with i90 supporting me I don't have to panic and know that they'll do whatever is required quickly and efficiently.
