Still haven’t received my package and…

Still haven’t received my package and it’s almost been two weeks. Supposed to be delivered through DHL, why was it instead shipped through USPS? Surprising given that DHL has always dropped off my purchases from I Am GIA. Was supposed to be my birthday outfit. Very disappointed and still anxiously awaiting my package.
