Why haven’t you signed up already?!

When I feel down, uninspired, lazy, tired, whatever negative feeling. All I have to do is press play. And believe it or not, 30 minutes later, I’m at my best. I feel energized, fueled, inspired, I can take on anything.
Visualisation is what your brain needs. It gets you in touch with your creativity, your positivity, with your true self.

Here’s my intake on this adventure:
I used to be a couch potato, at times I still am a couch potato, but now when I am, I read, draw, or paint. I’m currently painting on my carpet. (Don’t worry it’s protected with newspaper).
Visualisation takes me places while staying on my couch, I see myself being a better version than I currently am. It motivates me to become that person, I see paintings, it motivates me to paint said painting. I see myself becoming fitter, I then exercise to achieve my goal.
Visualisation got me out of my depression.
It gets me out on « low days », but not only.
I mostly have « high days » nowadays, I take 30 mins out of my day, and click play on a live zoom or an on demand class on Tap Into and my already good day turns into an even better day.
The more I do it the better I feel, the more I practice the more I strengthen my brain.

This is just the aspect of visualising.

What you also get, is Natalie. You get to have talks with her, to enter the community she has created. To meet everyone else when you attend the lives. You get to meet everyone in real life on friday’s at House of Wisdom in London.

You get her energy, her good vibes, her motivation. And it’s the most exciting thing.

So really why wouldn’t you want to be the better version of yourself?
To feel relaxed, energized, inspired, happy.

I really do believe we have to feed our brain regularly if not daily to become our happy selves.

Sorry for rambling, but it really is that good.

Relief I needed

Even though I have already experienced some visualisations before, this one, led by NatalieJane was something special and rare for me. We all now live in very difficult times and do not really have a space or opportunity to relax and slow down our thoughts and worries, and these 30 minutes with Natalie's voice brought me incredible big relief and emotional storm inside of me. After the visualisation, I cried for almost 2 hours and I realised after that the cry was something I really needed! I am really grateful for this experience and I am sure I will join NJ again.

Natalie Jane is extraordinarily…

Natalie Jane is extraordinarily talented. I consider myself really lucky to regularly experience her Psycle spin classes, they are an incredible mix of high energy fun and spirituality, that take me to a place that I find uplifting, calming, grounding and exhilarating all at once. During these classes Natalie has introduced elements of visualisation, I have so enjoyed these tasters. Now I find myself at start of the most incredible journey! Visualisation sessions with Natalie Jane are amazing, she has expertly and gently guided me through them to a wonderful place... my internal space! After just a few sessions I am finding it easier to focus and I am making massive progress, leaving with the same sense of calm, optimism and exhilaration, that I have experienced while spinning. I cannot recommend these sessions highly enough.

Natalie’s visualization is the best…

Natalie’s visualization is the best I’ve taken - she has an incredible ability to quiet the mind and transform thoughts to be creative and encouraging. Her coaching sets you up for success through self discovery, while simultaneously having your back through it all. I can’t wait to continue on!

A visual journey of the mind like no other

My first visualisation with Natalie was an experience I'd never forget. Having struggled to get into a meditative state previously, having Natalie guide me through eased my nerves, helping me create an internal space through stillness and calm. I felt uplifted and became more aware of my breath through continuous sessions. As a creative myself, the combination of vivid imagery and stillness allowed me to explore of my mind that I never thought was possible. Natalie's visual meditations are truly unique, I highly recommend her sessions to anyone wanting to explore their internal landscape - the mind is a complex yet wonderful mechanism.

visualisation Natalie

I can’t compare the visualisation to anything else I’ve ever experienced other than riding at Psycle. It’s that sense of being taken into a whole different world, where you’re free to be joyous, liberated and create a new reality for yourself. You can choose it. Afterwards I felt amazing, not only did I feel really energised but also really grounded and connected to myself. What surprised me is that this feeling lasted and it’s driven me to do more classes. I feel like it’s shifting my perspective and creating the opportunity for me to connect with something different within me - perhaps something that I’ve always known is there but haven’t been able to find yet. Nats visualisation is helping to do things differently.
I think that Nat’s visualisation classes could be one of the best tools we’ve got to improve mental health. We all know that feeling begins with how you feel on the inside but how to actually achieve this is definitely not straight forward (at least from my experiences).  Nat’s visualisation enables you to start creating something beautiful on the inside without you even trying. The experience is effortless and it comes from within you. I don’t know how she does it but it seems to have the effect of shifting your own perspective. After years of therapy and medication, I’d say that this is a supremely superior option.

Everyone should start their day with visualisation

I started meditation a couple of years ago, going on a 12 week course to help with anxiety. Since then, I have used various apps to continue my practice.
I have learnt how important the practice of meditation is, for my mental health primarily, and I know that if I miss a few sessions I feel less balanced.
Doing Nat’s amazing visualisation meditation is 100 levels up from just using an app. It feels so personal, and the journey she guides you through after she has managed to get you into a truly relaxed and meditative state (all set to amazing background music... of course!) is completely inspiring and uplifting. If I start the day with a visualisation, it genuinely puts me in the best mood, and makes me feel motivated and strong.
I used to be so cynical about this sort of thing, and prioritised exercising my body and not my mind. I now understand how important it is to do both.
