Very helpful and useful
The I Amsterdam card not only included many more experiences than we could possibly use. It was also such a great source of information and inspiration as we navigated our way around Amsterdam and selected thanks to see and do.

Good on all public transportation and a lot of museums
Good on all public transportation, so you never get in wrong service, only new surprises. The Amsterdam has a lot of little museums, the card makes you pop in and out them so easy.

Worth to buy a I am Amsterdam Card
Through the I am Amsterdam Card, I was able to enjoy and get to know the City. I collected a lot of beautiful experiences like visiting a lot fo Museum. The Card includes the Free Public Transportation Ride, that helped me to explore the city without difficulty . Best experiences was the boat ride. If you want to save money. I am Amsterdam Card is the best option.

Card Failed to Activate - Missed Reservations
I pre-ordered my card months in advance and booked the activities that required reservations in advance just to arrive and have the card NOT activate. I clicked on support which brought me to an AI chatbot which told me to DELETE THE APP and try all over again. When I attempted to re-link the card after re-downloading the app, it said my order number couldn’t be found. Of course they have no phone number, just email so I could not easily get ahold of someone to fix this until I had already missed two of my booked activities. Only one was able to be rescheduled. While the card has potential, I was exceptionally disappointed with the accessibility of customer service.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience was not fully as expected. Just to clarify, the City Card includes unlimited access to Amsterdam public transport (trams, buses, metro and ferries within the city), as well as entry to many museums and attractions, and in some cases discounts or extras.
However, train travel is not included in the City Card.
It is always important to check in advance what is included in the card so you can plan your visit accordingly and avoid unexpected costs.

Good product
This is a good product but the instructions for using should have more explanation. We waited in a long line to get tram tickets only to find out we just had to scan our app on the tram.

We definitely got our money back from this pass. It was handy having the tram included in the price as we used it to get around. We went to a lot of museums and just had to show the pass. The person at the I Amsterdam desk was really helpful but unfortunately they ran out of maps.
