Steven Marshall is a CROOK and still is…

Steven Marshall is a CROOK and still is in Business, Took $1500.00 from me and never delivered a single thing. Told me for a Year he was going to deliver what was promised. And then told I would get my money back Over and Over. Which was a LIE LIE LIE

Be careful what you pay for at Mastermind Summits

They promised a service at the Tampa Mastermind Summit 2017, took the money and NEVER delivered anything except excuses. I've been trying to get my money back and was told by their "legal department" to contact my credit card company. Of course they never responded to the credit card company which then closed the file... I was told by former employees that Steven Marshall, who started IAppraisal, continues to operate the Mastermind Summits and is also the founder of Real Estate Executive Magazine. Business as usual for him...

They are a big scam

They took thousands of dollars from me too. They told me to dispute it with my credit card for the fastest refund and I never got my money back. I’m going to sue them in court perhaps a class action lawsuit

I wish I could give negative or 0 …

I wish I could give negative or 0 stars. These guys are crooks, I try to stay away from crooks like these in my business. Can't believe what they did. They charged my credit card and never delivered the service. Also, they said they would refund the funds but it never happened. Just like all others, they know how to get money from Realtors/Broker/Lenders who are looking to desperately grow their businesses. I can't believe Steven Marshall had to stoop to this level to make money. Unethical move.

Charged my card and never refunded

They emailed me and said they would put a "1 week hold" on my card until I decided which area I wanted to reserve. I told them I was not interested and wanted my money back and they said it would take 6-8 weeks but I never got it back. Fortunately it was only $499...

They took the money from my credit card …

They took the money from my credit card and told me I had 60 days to cancel and get all my money back. I cancelled in 29 days and never have received the refund. But they continued to charge me for a service that I cancelled before the 60 day period. And when I asked for my return of the money they quoted me some BS about all they spend putting the postcard system together and told I would have to dispute the refund from my Credit card co. but they string you along until the charge can no longer be disputed with your CC co. so you are out all they charged on your card.
This company called Iappraial.com should be investigated and shut down for scaming poor souls out of thousands of dollars.
WE SHOULD START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

They stole thousands of dollars from me …

iAppraisal.com stole thousands of dollars from me. If they did to you, too, report them to the BBB. They are criminals. Can't believe Masterminds didn't do their research on this company before letting them be a part of their marketing. Steve Rakes kept promising me the money back. Same with Dan Davis and Bill Ahlswede. How do they sleep at night? Horrible company and horrible people.

$5K spent on postcards that don't exist

I was charged $5K months ago to have postcards printed and sent. My mortgage partner was also charged over $5K. Every month there's another delay and they don't ship. My reps have all been fired or quit. Their phone number is a lonely voicemail box. I'm going to my credit card to dispute the charges. Unfortunately, seems like a total scam.

Complete scam

Complete scam. They are no longer a company. Took my money and ran. Their old customer service reps feel horrible as they were also scammed. Steven Marshall is a crook.

Poor customer service means they must be untrustworthy.

Poor customer service. I've contacted the sales area twice and left messages by phone and email with no response. This was prior to me signing up for their service. I Wonder how they would act once they already have my money. I'm not going to stick around to find out.
