This group is just out to take your money. First of all, I was calling about Ireland and a man with an extremely thick African accent called me - and this call cost $300 US dollars. I could barely understand anything he said. This call NEVER should have taken place. They should have sent me a one pager regarding immigration to Ireland and maybe charged $25. I could have read and UNDERSTOOD everything instead of being scammed. This is a SCAM. Don't use them - spend the time to research on your own - you are NOT calling or speaking with a person from the country you want to call - it's just scammers.

I highly recommend this company if you need help obtaining advice and/or passport service aid. They were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My mom and I needed guidance for obtaining our duel passports and IAS were very professional, informative, and helpful. I would use them again. I worked with Ann Hua-Roach and I couldn't recommend her service any higher. She was very kind and made a possibly nerve wracking experience a calm and pleasant one.

What made my experience great was the help and support received by Ms. Harinder Sond who was clear in guiding me through the process and facilitated the matter. Her nice character made me feel at ease during the meeting and she explained everything. What was seemed difficult and complicated in my head turned to be clear and constructive through her emails. When I missed sending a document, she reminded me right on time and made sure we complete the application on time.

We had an amazing experience with IAS, using their services for both our fiancée and spousal visa applications. Our solicitor, Mariam Adebayo, was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and always so supportive. She guided us through every step, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and straightforward.

Please be careful
Please be careful. They are extremely pushy and try to coerce you into their services. I’m a British citizen whose main goal is to work abroad so I wanted to inquire about what IAS can offer. Paid the $29 consultation fee and spoke with one of the agents towards the end of 2024, when given the price of the service I explained it was too expensive for me at the moment (around $3k). Another agent rang me months later saying the service has reduced significantly (to $1.2k) - this is to begin the process for a green card, when I said this is sudden and I need time to think about just dropping this much money on a company I had already forgotten about the agent got really pushy and rude. Explained several times I’m not going to suddenly pay this much out of the blue and wished to discuss with my family. They called me unserious and I found their attitude unbelievably ridiculous. I mentioned several bad reviews that I read and they said they still had my card details and didn't take money out as it “proves” they are not scammers. They said “if we wanted to take money out we could” I found this disgusting and a form of fear-mongering as I never consented for them to keep my card details. Due to this I cancelled my card and ordered a new one.

Avoid please. Waste of time and money. I paid hundred pounds for 10 minutes consultation,I was explained situation what is easy job was promising all fixing and nothing change, I paid more £350 for just few emails, they wanna look like they doing their job in reality useless. Upon further inspection I note that you contacted us for a full refund of £350. The caseworker called you and tried to explain our process and her application, to which you hung up. The caseworker followed up with an email, explaining that we could only refund you £170 as the kick-off meeting and document list had been provided, however she did not receive a response from you on this matter.
The only reason IAS could not proceed with the application was that you did not provide any of the requested documents. The caseworker attempted to explain the next steps in the advice letter, kick-off meeting and also in numerous emails, but these necessary documents were not provided. The caseworkers supervisor also attempted to call you to explain the above, however you advised that you was unable to speak at that current moment and would call her back, to which we have no record.
If you could please email customerservice@iasservices.org.uk, I will ensure that your refund of £170 is actioned as priority.

Disastrous advice
We booked an emergency consultation with Natalie Pashley 19/10/2023 because we had a confusing situation with the Home Office where mistakes were made from the Home Office's side, so we needed guidance. All the detailed information was provided to Natalie Pashley (immigration advisor with the experience of working for the HO as she claimed). So her advice was for me to leave the country immediately and start the whole immigration process again, even though I was in the middle of applying for citizenship. Luckily, we decided to get another opinion from a different advisor (not from ias), who recommended us an absolutely different approach. I ended up getting my passport a few months later. If I followed Natalie Pashley`s advise it would have cost us tens of thousands of pounds financial damage and a decade of lost time, not to mention the stress and nerves! We later submitted a claim with ias to get our money back for that useless consultation, they however just ignored us and stopped answering our emails. Don't deal with this company, they are not professional and not client-orientated.

Unhelpful, rude, waste of money
£200 for a 10 minute phone conversation with a rude lawyer who didn't care and gave no additional advise, helpful or support. My partner is applying for an O1 visa and I an O3 as his spouse. I came with a list of questions options and comments to discuss. The lawyer didn't turn his camera on, didn't offer any advice other than short answers, told me I had no work options and offered no follow-up to my questions other than being blunt. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere to discuss this. I also had mentioned my situation on a pre-call and instead of saying 'we can't help you' they greedily took my money to tell me in 10 minutes of a paid 30 minutes phone call that they can't do anything or offer any support. HORRENDOUS

Honestly I do not recommend their services. I think it is hit or miss depending on who you get as your caseworker. i paid 100 for a consultation and the guy told me yes everything can be done. When sent over to my case Worker after I paid their information did not add up and we ended up going a completely different route than what I was told at my consultation.
I decided to still go along with them abd everything was alright until the visit visa got refused. When I asked about reapplying, I was told that this isn't the best route but then why was I told it was before?? So I explained that I was frustrated and not happy and stressed, so they referred me to another consultation and said I will get a new case worker after this.
This person really disappointed me. She never followed up. I had to chase after her time and time again and I ended up just leaving her to see if she will get back to me. She never did for months and this is why I have requested a refund and am writing this review. She told me same as the first consultation that everything can be done and it's been done before and there is no issue. But then she vanishes.
Visa applications are really stressful especially ones such as spouse Visa etc. and when you are paying so much and your not getting the service you paid for and you are just wasting your time. Its honestly not worth it. I tried super hard to trust them again and again as I do not like writing bad reviews etc but I am hurt and disappointed and I do not want to use their service anymore
