Reimbursement Approved, but never made
My son had to see a doctor during a trip, following a respiratory issue he developed. Despite the very low cost and having provided all the documents that they've requested and approved, I never saw the reimbursement. They told me multiple times "it was going to be made", but various emails and follow-ups later, they've never credited me. Not trustworthy. Had this been a serious problem/high expense, I'd have to hang with it on my own.

IATI provided an excellent service
IATI provided an excellent service. While we were travelling in Japan, my travel companion fell ill and IATI responded immediately - this was one of my main initial concerns, but IATI staff made arrangements for a doctor's appointment within minutes. We had to see the doctor twice as my partner was really ill and so I was also very anxious about this while also considering going home immediately and not finishing our vacation, but IATI staff were very understanding of the situation and booked a further appointment with the doctor's. Thankfully, my partner got better thanks to all the medication given and we were able to continue our trip. I was very impressed by IATI's staff fast response and above all for their customer care. Thank you IATI. We will definitely continue to use your services!

Thank God we did not need to activate the insurence and everything went perfect in our trip ... anyaway all the process of purchase the insurence before the trip were great, simple and comparing different insurances this was the best with the best conditions!
We will purchase again in future trips.
