We terminated this contractor's agreement due to consistent lack of maintenance on our website, often requiring us to ask him to perform basic updates, like pressing 'update' on plugins. Payment also became unnecessarily difficult, as he insisted on a convoluted payment method to avoid minimal fees, rather than using our preferred, efficient payment systems.

Additionally, his behavior was unprofessional; he repeatedly spammed us daily with requests for a testimonial video, disregarding that we’re running a business with limited time for non-essential tasks. Following the contract's end, he further harassed us with threats to shut down our website, which we had already paid for in full.

Leaving a one-star review out of disagreement speaks volumes about his professionalism. Our experience with him was frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately untenable.

IBA have a great knowledge about what they do, ordered from them two website designs and they made that perfect, the most important thing that they listen to every note you give, and do whatever needed to make the design you need.
Lastly I want to add that I really appreciate that they respect the timeline that they give in the beginning of the work and worked hard to deliver the work on time.

This is not the first time nor the last time i will use IBA. 3 have completed 3 websites together and some marketing. I keep coming back to IBA because they are super fast, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and give them a 5 star rating
