I was trying to verify my address but…
I was trying to verify my address but they kept rejecting my Tax report which clearly showed my home address.
Some generic badly translated (most likely some bots) chat helpers tried to ask me for some electricity bills or rent bill or something. But i have none of that cus it's all Online payment. And those don't show my address..
Finally got connected to a real person and s/he was able to manually review the tax report that i provided and FINALLY got my issue fixed.

A fraud and scam with rude and insulting employees
I'm advising everyone who consider to sign up here to stay far far away.
To start with. The sign up bonus is a fraud. It only allows you to place bets on 30$ at the time. Which doesn't say anywhere.
They say they practice something called gamification bonus. And I've asked 100 times what that means. Since I've spent a lot of money there the last 3 months, and haven't hot one single bonus.
If you adress an issue to the costumer support it takes more then a week to get a reply if you're lucky. And they avoid answering what you ask.
To get through on the chat the wait is minimum 40 minutes.
They always modify their answers to their benefit and are never willing to help or solve a problem.
They hold back withdrawals, and their campaigns is just a scam. Every single one. I've signed up for every single one. But never get anything in return.
They limit or block your account for no reason and act rude in every way.
Stay away from this site.
There is so many other bookies out there that treat their costumers properly and act serious.
A good advise from a good hearted guy who fights for justice always.

4 DAYS PAYOUT AND VERY COMPLICATED TO WITHDRAW
Do NOT use this casino! I won 1200 Euro and the withdrawal process was the worst experience i have ever had with casino, You need to withdraw bank files from your bank, and post proof of adress via PDF and the when everything is done the payout takes 4 days.
