They keep calling.
They seem friendly and supportive but only a trap and the app doesn’t work. It won’t let you withdraw once in and you have to have a certain money in it to withdraw and your money isn’t enough if you change your mind and want out.
I got my money back from the fraud team at my bank and they seem to know the company.
I keep blocking numbers that quote Bullexo and Ibinex however they keep calling and I block and few days later call. They have many many many numbers!

I was diverted to something called Bullexo who took my £250, told me to invest it in GBPUSD and then said it was worthless due to midterm elections!! No idea what role Ibenex played in this but both companies appear to be SCAMs run by fraudsters. Beware!

Long phone call, lots of coercion, download this and that app and foolishly virtually sharing my desktop and smart phone screens. Don't trust any one who says: 'take your time' a lot.
The excitement of making money blinded me for a while. It is not worth it. i bought 500 quids worth of crypto, now I've changed my mind, I'd like it refunded please, if you are reading me.
15th May 2023: update: still 500 pounds down, can I have my money returned please? and stop putting up those fake positive reviews all the time.

Trading with Ibinex is fun . They just have to improve on their customer service

I have been trading for past so many years and so far Ibinex has been the best experience. There are many factors that decide whether the platform is good or not, and I have tested this platform on all those factors and it has never disappointed me. Even if you ever face any issues their team is readily available to help.

This company is associated with many SCAMS, including one we are dealing with right now.

They are not regulated by the FCA to offer financial services in the UK.

Your money is at risk (and very unlikely to see a penny of it ever again) if you send it to these people. They offer no genuine assistance and will be on your own if you have any problems.

edit following response - there appear to be several people with the same experience and your comment to all is 'no you are wrong'. at best that is 'suspicious' both in terms of the actual experience, but also the truthfullness of your response.

you have the same individuals involved at both organisations, no separation, and would not pass even basic FCA responsibility checks, further your kyc and anti-fraud processes are non-existent, my original comments still stand.

Never had a better way to buy cryptocurrency with my credit card. Processing fees not choking but the customer care needs to be improved, way too slow for my liking.

I do not know this company directly but my friend has dealings with them. Today, someone from the company called my friend to tell her that the company is closing up because it has been having problems. In order to get back her money (£400), they have asked my friend to pay £1000. Seriously? When I tried calling the two landline numbers that my friend gave me for them, neither was reachable. Stinks of scam!

AVOID at all cost complete scam and all phones used are frm Russia BEWARE also use false London phone numbers starting with 02 to try con u into thinking it’s a London office they just thieves u won’t get a penny back 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The platform is one that constantly calls you using different phone numbers and wants you to make a fresh deposit even though the previous transaction I had with them was unsatisfactory, as they did not credit my account with the equivalent BTC of what I paid. In fact, I didn't have any verifiable account with them. They claim I can monitor and control my account but that's just a mere deception to trap the unsuspecting public. Please note that they use successful people for their advertisements. I made my first and only payment to them on 30 April 2022 using my Monzo bank account.

After a few encounters, I knew they were not legitimate, so I hardly take their calls, and if peradventure I take their calls, I don't give them any information that will be useful to their seemingly dubious transaction. They pretend a whole lot. Don't give your bank details to anyone (this Ibinex will ask you to give them all the details of your debit or credit card, please don't fall for it).

In summary, please don't waste your hard-earned money with them. They aren't legit. Avoid online businesses like this at every cost.

SCAM DO NOT ENGAGE
So the company that these guys work with (or probably they the same scamming people) Wixi io and also then changed to Wixi.co have now closed their website and you can no longer leave reviews on their page. I assume the is is because they have finally reached their limit with all the reviews confirming they are complete scammers. Ibinex is still going so the scam is still going. They will just set up wixi under another name and continue coming people. The ibinex website and everything connected looks very professional but it is a complete con. You won’t get your money back. LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST. The positive ones are almost certainly fake. They are commenting on loads of other scams. Seriously these people are awful criminals. Stay away!!

I keep getting calls from this company telling me that they are closing down and its been fraudulent and I am owed £24000, and I need to pay £2000 to open an account to get access to my £24k. This sounds like a scam to me... But they keep calling!!!! HELP! Preying on the vulnerable.

Ask to close my account and refund my money.the staff at ibinex were very helpful always getting back to me helping me to close my account and sending my refund to my bank account

Avoid… Scam. Lost every penny, the bank are trying to pursue for me but don’t hold out much hope.
You can’t get money back from these people.

Stear clear, its a scam!
Immediately trying to get me to invest more money, didn't want to answer my questions although the salesperson told me to ask lots of questions, salesman agreed to call me back over a period of days but was always late, He got agitated when i tried to stop him from rushing into things and when i politely commented on his lack of professionalism coupled with my unwillingness to invest further he put the phone down on me! he hasn't responded to my messages since and when i tried to contact their online customer service to withdraw my initial deposit (i was told i could withdraw anytime) it has suddenly become unavailable!

All i did was putting my email and my phone number to a BITCOIN TRAINING WEBINAR once to just take a part in a webinar to learn about bitcoins stuff ,THATS ALL .But Now they keep calling me over nd over sending emails that i have opened trading accounts nd iv opened bitcoin account wallets nd..!!?
if you are not scammers partner then how on earth your criminals friends can easily open accounts on your website/company under peoples names ?!! how they opened account under my name with only my name email nd phone number ?!!
