All good

I was in Ibis Hotel near Geneva Airport.

I liked the pillow.

I wondered if I could buy it online.

Turns out I could, I ordered it on Tuesday, received it on Friday in Portugal.

I compared the tag on the pillow, it is the same model, size, material, as the one I had in my room.

So I got exactly what I wanted, and quickly.

People rarely leave good reviews, so I decided to add my 2 cents.

IbisStore pillow ripoff

IbisStore pillows purchased were not the ones used in the hotels despite asking before purchase if they were. I took photos of the label on both and they’re different. I tried to arrange a return and staff refused to cover shipping cost which is international due to their warehouse being in France. So either I lose £50 in shipping them back or keep them.

For anyone buying Ibis pillows: these are much thinner, lighter, inferior products. Buyer beware!
