Great support team

The support team really work hard to understand the nature of my website issue. This was my first attempt at using a third party for some emergency support and repair - and I would definitely use them again - just be better careful with defining the requirements and knowing how the billing process works (which is charged for the length of time chatting as well). Knowing these things, you can properly budget and prepare for the support you will receive and I am overall happy with it.
