I ordered a book and paid shipping costs, but days later I received an email that I also had to pay import costs for customs. I tried to pay several times but the link does not work Unfortunately I had to return the book, which is a shame

The Qur’an hasn’t arrived yet but I’m sure it’s amazing, but what made me give less stars it’s the shipping method, I’ve never ordered something from UK and Royal Mail is making me wish to never get smth from UK anymore.. I receive my shein order faster even if I had some problems with it… In rest, I can’t wait to receive the Qur’an ♥️

Great books for reverting to Muslim and embracing islam.

Recently found out through social media ibn daud books and decided to go ahead and make an order. They have a very well picked out collection of books. Much better for me personally than larger distributors that I would have to spend hours picking out relevant , authentic and books that would be what I was looking for.

I would highly recommend to anybody to order from them , as I will continue from now on. Most importanly, I highly recommend to any muslim brother or sister out there , to any person for that matter muslim or non muslim, to order the 'Handbook of accepted prayers' . I have been for a long time looking for a literature of this sort. It is a dua book but much more than that I would say. Extremely needed , truly beautifully made Allahuma barek! It is written and presented in a unique way, very clear concise and a must have in any household. I do want to highlight that I did the order today and although I rarely do reviews and have limited time as a mother and a wife, it is worth, taking the time.
I have been needing a book fo this sort for a long time. Please do order , honestly , you would not regret it. JazakAllahu khayran and may Allah swt reward and give barakah with this book to the authors and to the readers in sha Allah . Allahuma ameen!

Beautiful books that arrived very quickly and have sincerely guided and comforted me on my journey with Islam as a Muslim revert. I intend to place more orders from this lovely company again soon!

Shocking customer service. They've sent me out a faulty book for which I wanted a refund, I have to incur postage costs to send back a faulty product. I wouldn't be returning the product had it been working. They have a small team so they take a while to reply to emails. They know there is a delay when dealing with customers, so they should work to resolve the bottleneck. Unfortunately, as I'm going away I don't have time to keep emailing them. Given that I'm not returning the book because I've changed my mind, I don't believe I should be incurring any further costs. I won't be buying anymore of the books from them or their stockists. Neither will I/family buy.

Never received my initial order back in 2023 (October or November). I reached out a month after the order date to give them the benefit of doubt, they said the order was delivered and the proof of delivery was a random front door which was then deleted from the RM tracking page. I still wanted my order so asked for it to be shipped again in place of a refund, and even up until now, even with multiple emails back and forth, I do not have my order. I have since ordered my Qu'ran from elsewhere and it arrived within 3 days, as is expected! When asking for a refund, the customer service agent claimed she was unable to since I requested a replacement. I asked for a tracking number (she said I would be emailed one automatically, but lo and behold this did not happen), she said she would investigate and then radio silence. Wouldn't expect an Islamic company to scam me out of £30.

I am very disappointed in their service. I wish I had one positive thing to say.

It began when I accidentally ordered and they didn’t allow me to cancel my order. The order was shipped to me and I had to pay double to get it shipped back to them for it to be processed as a return. They then failed to verify the return and have ghosted all my emails since. I have not received my money and have instead spent more to not only be void of a refund but to not own the product anymore.
