Buture 

Very disappointed with this cordless cleaner. Less than 14 months old and failing to work efficiently. The dust canister is insecure and has a tendency to fall apart disgorging contents on the carpet. Several emails have been ignored. Steer clear. It does not live up to the hype and I wish I had been more circumspect! Zero after care even with a warranty.

I placed an order with this guys 2 weeks ago and received confirmation my order has been shipped. It’s almost 2 weeks now I haven’t received the order or any further update. I have sent an email and no response. No contact number on thier website either. Pls can someone advise if this is a scam. Am beginning to be worried

This company used to sell on Amazon which is where I bought their battery starter but they have since stopped selling on Amazon, presumably due to all the negative reviews. Their battery starter doesn't jump start any battery so please avoid buying from them.

I got a JR700 model vacuum on Amazon. It worked just fine for me. After around a year, the wheels on the main brush have fallen off and won't stay in place.
I left several requests for their "hussle-free warranty," and oh a surprise - I received none replies 😦
I wrote another email for potential purchase and received several replies, which supports the theory that they do read emails but reply only to those with buying intentions only.

I wish I had founded these reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing.

Another 1 star - item broke - replied to 1st email and now not responding at all to my response - going to PayPal for a refund.

Terrible company as their so called customer service never answer any emails. Even though I paid via my PayPal account (thank goodness), I have still not received the item or managed to obtain a refund. They sent me one email showing that my item had been delivered by Evri but the latest information states lost in transit as no physical proof could be produced. Bought a jump starter charger but doesn't work. Buture are not answering my emails.
Wish I'd have looked at Trustpilot before buying.

Have tried to contact this company through Amazon and directly through their website after the motor stopped working shortly after my purchase. No responses and impossible to get a hold if them. It’s clear that I’ve been duped. Shame on them.

Hoover’s wheels fell off after not even a year of using it. Company won’t return a single email and point blank ignore. Partner is tempted to go head office to pay them a visit…

Edit: interesting to see that Buture takes the time to read and report bad reviews as ‘defamatory content’ (report was rejected by trustpilot) but do not take the time to reply to any emails whatsoever…

Bought a cordless vacuum six months ago - charged the charger twice - worked great. Now the charger wont charge and I’ve contacted them four times with no response 😡🤷‍♀️

Bought a Buture cordless vacuum cleaner from Amazon over a year ago. One of the pins sheared off on the charging unit but we cobbled something together as never got an ANSWER to our complaint. Apart from that it’s OK.

Bought another recently direct from Company. Didn’t know it was arriving from China. First time trying to charge one of the pins sheared off AGAIN. Haven’t even been able to use it. Complained and sent photos but no response. Have opened up a dispute via PayPal. So I wait …….

Terrible Company. How dare they not respond to genuine complaints!

Bought a jump starter which worked once, but which has never held a charge and now won't charge at all. An extremely poor product non-existent post sales support - they don't answer emails or forms submitted on their website.

I would avoid this company.

Be aware of the new ways to scam people. One of these is Buture, this is a hugley inferior product below any modern standards but with an attractive design. The vacuum broke after three uses, and it was a hassle to get the money back from Amex. Buture customer service is not responding to any emails. Also, similar designs are sold under other brands, so be aware!

Short version - avoid Buture.

Longer version - cheap products. The wiring in our brush head cordless vacuum went after less than a year so it no longer spins, meaning poor suction.

Customer service promised on 12 December to send a new brush head but did not, and now are ignoring all messages.

Liars dishonestly peddling dodgy merchandise.

Bought a BP10 in November 2024. After fewer than 20 charges the earth pin of the plug (UK plug) broke. Contacted Buture customer service to complain and ask for a resolution. Been waiting for a week and received no acknowledgement. Impossible to contact the company by phone.

Will not honor warranty and does not respond to emails

We purchased a BuTure through Amazon in November of 2023 and registered the product on-line so warranty was to have been three years. We have a Dyson on each of the other two levels and the BuTure was in the basement and consequently did not get a great deal of use. The battery will not hold a charge. Contacted BuTure and no response as to warranty. All I get is junk email they send me about buying a new vacuum when all I want is a replacement battery.

I advise against purchasing anything from this company. I bought a cordless vacuum, and the product did not match the description at all; it has terrible suction. I contacted them immediately to initiate a return, but despite sending multiple emails, I have not received a response. There is no way to get in touch with them to return the item. Be wary of the reviews on their website; they seem to be fake!

I ordered a vacuum Jan 16th, it's come off my credit card and after many emails to the company, I still haven't received it and can't get a response from the company. My friend who didn't have the same experience feels bad because her experience was perfect.
