iBuyNew Reviews

You responded very quickly to my initial request.
Ava was very helpful and clear.

My experience with the consultant was excellent. Ava explained in detail what I needed to know. She took her time to explain. I was very impressed with the meeting today.

knowledgable and know what they are doing.

Isabel is a very professional consultant, knowledgeable and ethical.

Laura was great. She had answered all questions we had asked, honestly and to the point. Hopefully if all goes good with what we are looking for it will be great to meet Laura in person

First meeting with consultant and he was pleasant and helpful.Looking forward to second meeting .

Great support and service from Simone Leonard at IBuyNew. She goes to great lengths to ensure the process of purchasing a property is as comprehensive as possible.
Helpful and friendly and professional. Would use her services again.

Excellant staff very well very in her job. Very very pleasant and always smiling (never forgot that) Knows exactaly what we wanted.

From the start of the process we felt comfortable that our best interests are the priority and that we would find exactly what we are looking for.
It has been an effortless experience with Simone guiding us and keeping us updated throughout the process.
We felt the level of help offered was above and beyond any we have experienced elsewhere, especially as we are overseas at the moment and so much of this has been done outside of normal working hours.
Support has been exceptional with all circumstances taken into account and any complications resolved quickly and efficiently.

Laura supported me throughout the whole process and I couldn’t have done it without her

The lack of floor plans for many properties is not very helpful. Also the use of images that have nothing to do with the actual property is misleading even if this is stated in the small print. Nowadays people want double glazing and centralised heating and air conditioning. These should be searchable fields.

Listening to my needs. I know my circumstances are complicated and yet I am given the hope that I can find the right place for me and the overwhelming process is taken care of by professionals.

We were looking to downsize. Right from the start Jesse listened to our needs and shortlisted exactly the right properties we were looking for. Jesse is pleasant, efficient and responsive. Thankyou Jesse and ibuynew :)

Simone was fantastic from the first call. Very approachable, pragmatic and knowledgeable. She worked within our budget, gave us options and helped us move quickly to secure something. Particularly being in another state, having someone we trusted was critical to us. Prior to engaging with her, I was trying to research hundreds of developers on my own, which I really didn't have time to do. She connected us with the developer, and stayed with us the entire way through. Could not rate her higher and would recommend her to anyone.

The consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful

Isobel was informative and knew what we were looking for

Ms Isabel Tiago was the Contact Person with iBuyNew. Ms Tiago conducted herself with tact and a very high degree of professional decorum. The discussion was informative and relevant to topic. I enjoyed our interaction.

With the valuable insights and local knowledge of Simone, we we are able to complete our off-plan purchase.
Attention to detail and fast response times were appreciated.
Highly recommend their services to any potential Gold Coast buyers.
