Check the warranty..
We purchased our kitchen from ICAN at the end of May 2025.
We were really pleased with the plans for the kitchen.
We contracted the kitchen fitter independent of ICAN, although they do use the contractor so offered assurances. however there were some minor issues at installation, the plan didn't work and adjustments needed to be made.... we accepted that these things happen...we were assured at point of purchase there would be a follow up...never happened.
We were never consulted regarding any changes and my husband was unable to contact Chris on the 2 occasions he called.
We have since had to replace our gas boiler as the casing surrounding it did not have appropriate clearance that is a SAFETY ISSUE
Again we accepted this... paid to have the casing removed for safety reasons.
Our dissatisfaction arose as less than 10 months after installation we notice water marks had left stains on 2 of the cupboard doors. This is not standing water but where it has run down the front of cupboard doors
On contacting today ICAN advised that the warranty DOES NOT cover water marks, they could recommend a cleaning process/company !!!!
They don't seem to understand the frustration at finding out our kitchen units are not able to withstand water and recommendations for a cleaning product will not remove the water marks
