After waiting 7 months not to receive my company car with a different company, I was really Pleased with the service and speed Katie at icarlease dealt with me from my first enquiry to me receiving my car.

I made an enquiry through an aggregation web site and had a response within minutes from iCarlease. It was so quick that I assumed it must have been automated, but I replied to that mail with a follow-up query and that was also responded to within minutes by Katie Bantock. Katie dealt with subsequent questions and took me through the order process which resulted in the vehicle being delivered in just over a week. Many thanks to Katie and team.

Seamless experience - Vik Zafar is an outstanding professional, keeping me updated every so often; the overall experience was smooth and pleasant, from quick credit check to my vehicle being delivered on time with regular updates throughout the process. The cherry on the cake is i never had to spent time on the phone, everything was responded quickly and efficiently via email. Digitalisation of business as it should work everywhere!

Very good service, always polite and helpful when I was chasing up my order. Very straightforward paperwork process prior to delivery, Order took longer than originally anticipated, but then again there has been a world wide shortage of new vehicles.
