Update on my ongoing case (User ID: H1va0dq2ci, Request: 264061).
iCash One publicly responded to my Trustpilot review saying:
"A member of our support team is already reaching out to assist you. Please keep an eye on your email and phone for an update shortly."
It has now been over 24 hours. No email. No call. No contact whatsoever.
This is a pattern — public promises on Trustpilot to appear responsive, while privately closing cases and making no real effort to resolve genuine issues.
INR 27,274 of my money remains frozen and I have received nothing but empty promises and generic responses.

I only use icashone for faster transactions to gaming websites but, 4th June 2026 i made a deposit of 1000 rupees but, the money isn't credited to my account till now and it shows transaction is expired in the app. Even after 48 hours I got WhatsApp Messe from the customer service and solved my issue. Poor customer service .site not recommended to use
After I posted my review on Trustpilot, iCash.One replied publicly asking me to contact them by email for resolution. I did email them again as requested, but there is still no proper reply or resolution.
This is the same old pattern: they ask customers to mail support, then keep saying the process takes time, without giving any clear update or final outcome.
My ₹1,999.6 payment was debited through PhonePe Prepaid Wallet but was not credited to my iCash.One account. I have already shared all proof, including PhonePe confirmation, Payment ID 500955085, original transaction ID, and merchant settlement UTR.
At this point, asking me to email again is not a solution. I need a proper resolution, not repeated delays.

I had a serious issue with iCash.one…
I had a serious issue with iCash.one where I could not access my 50,000 FCFA due to a PIN code bug. The problem lasted for more than a month (since April 26, 2026). The regular support team was slow and gave me no real solution.
However, after I contacted a senior specialist named Peter Foster via WhatsApp and LinkedIn, he took my case seriously. Within a few days, the bug was fixed and I was able to withdraw my money.
Positive: Peter was professional and finally solved the problem.
Negative: The initial support was very poor. I had to wait over a month and threaten legal action to get help.
iCash.one needs to improve its first-level support and fix technical bugs much faster.

Do NOT deposit money into iCash.One App! This platform is a total scam. I have been a user for a long time, but they have now stolen 5,000 INR from me.
I made deposit via phonepe UPI (Payment IDs: 500897690). The money was deducted from my bank account immediately, but it was NEVER credited to my iCash wallet or not refund to my bank account. It has been nearly a month, and the funds are still missing.
However, the deposit request automatically expired by your system and you are delaying my deposit and ignoring my issue.

The "Support" is a joke:
They ignore all emails.

They are happy to take your money in seconds, but when it fails to show up, they vanish. I have already filed a formal complaint with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and the RBI BANK.
