Zero consideration for those suffering with mental health issues

I don't trust them. They just cover up mistakes . They clearly are not impartial

Every GP I go to seems to use and abuse autism and ADHD patients I've just joined middle way surgery and again already relationships breaking down I was doing so well with them didn't need a chaperone at all and now all of a sudden I'm being told whether I like it or not I've got to have them and there's no male chaperones to come in all females and I'm not comfortable with all females so had to cancel all appointments and when telling the manager she didn't seem to want to listen I am now writing this as a letter of complaint how people like myself can be treated like this it's bang out of order people with autism and ADHD will never forget and forgive and if they are gonna continue on putting us down we will end up shutting down and hiding away and not saying nothing to anyone how we feel and then we won't get any mental health to help like they done to me and now decided not to give me any mental health treatment after waiting years on the waiting list and now being treated like it now again

Rude arrogan cow on the phone. Makes threats and do not listen even when you provide evidence total cow needs to learn customer service skills

Nasty intimidating people, chasing a non-existent debt

Working on behalf of Adrian flux who took money out of my account which was more than what was meant to be taken so I cancelled the policy “which I warned I’d do if they took more than what was agreed “,now I’m being literally being extorted,I’ve been robbed by a company who uses another to mask there breach of contract!!!!

Made payments back and forth emails were they clearly haven’t even read what I’m asking info given to unbudsmen as they are a joke and a con not be receiving another penny til you can explain why I owe or even who which after 14 email still have no idea

No integrity. I accidentally renewed my membership by direct debit. They strung me along for months before telling me they wouldn't give me a refund. No discussion. Just a flat no. My mistake I admit but the small print is completely unreasonable. I can't comment on their usefulness to people in practice because I never needed them. I only joined as I needed to be registered because of MLR.

Would given them 0. Have had months of horrible calls insisting I’ve registered with them. I have not. Asked to be removed and state GDPR. Always different numbers - London, Edinburgh or mobiles. Mixture of Eastern European and Far East accents.

Just got a call from a person pretending to work for ICB Capital. He kept insisting that I have registered on their website "clicked a link or something". Neither me nor my mailbox remember registering for this "company".

I have requested my data to be removed under GDPR over FIVE TIMES and only then he stopped.

I wish I never hear from this company again.

Again another bitcoin company that comes up with new fees when you get the last paid I am on my 6th(?) fee, obviously I don’t have the money so tell me what happens to those funds, in their pocket cause no one is claiming it.
