DO NOT USE!! Very poor service – unresolved issues, poor communication and a frustrating complaints process
DO NOT USE!!
We have had a very disappointing experience with ICE Communications and their Xelion phone system.
From the outset, we experienced a number of ongoing issues with the system, including problems with call routing, caller ID, group calls, reporting, phonebooks/directories, handsets and the Xelion integration. Some of these issues continued for months despite being repeatedly raised with ICE. After ever issue was raised, we had to chase them for a response rather than them proactively getting back to us.
We expected a professional telecommunications provider to take ownership of the problems, resolve them promptly and communicate properly throughout the process. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
After the amount of time, disruption and management effort this has taken, we would not recommend ICE Communications based on our experience.
