Excellent Customer Service
Olivia took personal and full ownership of our initial Vodafone Business account setup problem. Vodafone had some technical issues with their website at one point and Olivia was persistent, friendly, helpful and professional and persevered until we had registered successfully. Great work and she is a credit to her company and it was an exemplary example of customer support.

Avoid, their after care is absolutely shocking. Told me lies, signed me up with a contract that didn’t even work in my area, didnt inform me I needed to invoice them to reserve my cash back. When I raised my frustration of having a contract that didn’t work they stopped replying taking 0 responsibility. Now they are wanting to sign me up for a new contract moving me back to my original company, but when saying I am not happy and want to leave they are rude speaking over you acting like a bunch of teenagers instead of a professionals and then slamming me with a 2k termination fee !!

Avoid any of these cashback deals
Avoid any of these cashback deals. Long story, not impressed not fully explained from outset regarding these cashback offers. Sign you to a 36 month deal, cash back for 12-18 months as long as you invoice them, then when the price goes up want you to enter a new 36 month agreement. Im not willing to be tied to these so will see out my time on the higher price and take it as an expensive lesson. Enquired about early termination for 2 x mobiles, the eventual quote was a whopping £4k (incredible), will see the time out and cut all ties. If this review saves someone the pain, im pleased.

Don't use these guys
Use this company for our business, my sim didn't work for 2 weeks after change over, i had to chase and chase them to find out what was wrong, I lost business and was a real pain living with no phone. I sent a formal complaint and we didn't even get offered a refund for the 2 weeks my phone was down let alone any compensation for the inconvenience. They're also actually really expensive compared to other companies. We will definitely not be renewing when our contract ends and I urge you not to bother with them if you're considering.

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. Very disorganised, not clear about their process and happy to bounce you around different departments and get a different answer every time. Ordered one sim and mobile from them and specifically asked them to let me know when arrival is due. Failed to send tracking, when I rung and asked them about it, I was told phone is out of stock and on that same day the phone arrived. Also sent 2 sims instead of the one I ordered. Want me to invoice them for the discount they applied and want me to charge vat but as my company is not yet vat registered I can't invoice vat so I am going to have to pay the vat out of my pocket. I was promised a price but have to pay higher then the contract I signed. Extremely unprofessional and disorganised. Stay away from this company.

When all our companies IT and phone systems went down Ice Communications saved the day. High commendations to Brett who had the patience to talk me through some sticky router issues. We managed in the end with Brett calling after an hour to ensure we were still up and running.
