Big viriaty of games and works SUPER, but the customer-support are slow and almost non-existing.

The only bad thing to say about Ice Casino is about their Support. The supporters can't add bonus or spins if needed to. Every time I contacted them they could not answer or fix the problem, and they sent the case to an other, and they would get back to me on mail.. Typically they would reply the next day and sometimes would not reply even though they said that they would... I really don't understand why have supporters who can't take action... They are seriously useless if they can't do anything about the problem or the or if they have to ask their "boss" for advice or permission on Everything. Give them permission to think by them self and permission to handle the cases instead of sending it forward.
