I payed for the full license of Icecream screen recorder.
A week later i bought a new laptop after the other one failed.

I contacted the help-desk to get my new install sorted and asked them for a new license-key.

Within minutes all was taken care of, and in a friendly manner.

I purchased the Icecream video editor when the included Windows video editor just didn't cut the mustard, regarding its standard features. Icecream video editor offered all that I needed and was the closest PC offering to the iMovie app which I use on my iPhone.

Quick response from the technical support team, and the problem was resolved in a short time. Excellent service. I highly recommend the product. Thank you again.

I couldn't live / work without the Icecream Apps. I use Split and Merge, Converter, and Editor. They are brilliant, very easy to use, very reasonably priced and with very helpful and prompt online assistance.

Refund Policy and Software Features

Refund Policy
Company website says; ‘Thank you for your interest in Icecream Apps! Your satisfaction with Icecream Apps software is our primary goal.’
But they don’t show any flexibility on their refund policy which is ‘If 30 or more days have passed since the order took place.’ My refund request took place on the 39th day of the order and they didn’t accept the refund. So how is our satisfaction their primary goal?

Software Features
There is no PDF to Excel feature.

This app is great! I use it for photoshop lessions that I make. And not just that, their support is beyond great! I have recived help via email in just a few minutes! I have purchased their PRO version 3 years ago, and since my computer died, I wanted to instal it again on a new one, and they were very helpful in the proces! I highly recomend them !!!

I had to reformat my laptop and lost the activation key. I was assisted very quickly and friendly / personally.

I didn't know that by upgrading my computer would affect my software but it does. I emailed the icecream Apps team and hoped that they'll understand my situation. Yes, They do ... thus and provide the information regarding the activation. Thank you very much.

Great product, and fast support when I upgraded machines and needed a key refresh.

Had to replace my laptop resulting in reinstalling many programs. Icecream support helped me "reassign" my registration key to the new installation. Fast and very good support.

Icecream Pdf Editor Pro. I watched their video to verify the features I needed. When I read a heading saying it did prevent copying - exactly what I needed, I purchased it. I tested the result on Adobe & it did not prevent copying. My request for a refund was refused twice (despite sending screenshots to prove my case). Both times I got the same answer, "we reserve the right to decline the refund requests if user requests a refund due to absence of features which are NOT in software's features list or description on our official website." Want to warn others.

I use the Ebook reader for several years now and in my opinion it is the best apps I used for reading with many options. The support is also pretty good and they reply fast too

I have been using the Icecream Ebook Reader Pro for years. This year I purchased their "Lifetime Key" for the Pro version. I made a mistake during the loading and activation process, which invalidated the key. I left a message with Support, explaining exactly what I had done. They reset the status of my key and I was able to update my copy to the Pro version. No fuss, no bother.
