Rocky Start, but got better
UPDATED:
Submitted a ticket to support. Response was quick. I am still not able to see the 24/7 live chat in Chrome (unknown why at this time, no ad blocker), but I can see the 24/7 chat in Edge. The install and getting started process is a lot more complicated than it needs to be, but once you get going the control panel is pretty simple. I am giving them another chance and not refunding or cancelling my service.
Signed up for a Rust server. Set up my account, paid for the server. Couldn't even log in to the "IcedPanel" as it said no user existed. Go to their discord for help, message in Discord says they no longer use it as they have 24/7 live chat support. Go back to their web page, no 24/7 live chat support. Cancelled my account and requested a refund. Sad way to do business.

In the three days I've had a server up, it has crashed everyday. Mostly the service has been good but the interruptions kill the experience.

Very Reliable. Fast Support. Very easy to browse in files. The only thingi can complain about was a problem that occurred when I was using the "Auto Wipe System" for my rust server. It got an error and i had to contact staff. Lucky they have support that answers within 1 minute. 5/5 100%
