I purchased the Icedragon Cold Plunge Tub Pro with 1.5HP Smart Water Chiller. I bought the bundle that was supposed to include a Chiller Cover, Bath Mat, Electric Pump, Water Thermometer, etc. None of this arrived with the Tub and Chiller. I have reached out numerous times to the customer support. Initially they said they would send the items out right away but I have never received them. I've sent several follow up emails asking about the status and they aren't even returning emails now.

This poor customer service makes me very nervous about the quality of the product. It was easy to set up and I've had it now for about 3 weeks and all is working good but their customer service as a company leads me to doubt that the overall quality of the product is good.

I bought and started using the Icedragon Infrared light therapy bag which came w/a mask March 2024. I began using it regularly increasing the time. I am thrilled w/the results. My skin has improved immensely and I don't have any more bone and joint pain which has allowed me to exercise regularly! The product is made very well, seems similar to a wet suit in strength, I just tuck myself inside, set the timer and put the face mask on, easy breezy. This is an excellent investment and the results are a welcome blessing. I have made this red light treatment apart of my life and love it, and look forward to it daily. Thank you for making such a durable and reliable product.

After using my long tub for several days then have a little issue and they handed the problem quickly they stand behind what they sell and provide good service and they response to emails and questions with in a day.. I love my long tub!! I use it all the time great product!!

My experience with the Icedragon customer service has been amazing. Especially Lee, he made it easy and quickly resolved my issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better solution. Thank you again Lee for your quick response and resolution

Icedragon is amazing to deal with. Help my overall health, have been in it twice a day,We are in every morning to get an energized start to our day and jump back in every afternoon to wash away the day stress. I have been experiencing cold water therapy for my mental and physical health for over 2 years and it's a game changer! It's not an end all, be all, but it is one of the biggest practices that help my overall health and well being.

Great product and value, We purchased this tub, along with a chiller for cold plunging from Icedragon. It was so easy to set up and works well. The water stays cold and the tub seems well insulated. It is large enough that you aren't cramped and easy to change the water or deflate and put away. Definitely recommend!

Product was great for two months. Heater broke super quickly and customer service was terrible. Still haven't gotten a replacement heater despite having a warranty.

Not the highest quality product. But you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t give a one star review for that, but I will give a one star review for customer service. One of the connecting pieces was missing. I have tried to contact them several times with no luck.

Products are inferior. Ice Dragon removes negative reviews. I left a 3/5 star review for the LED mask, and they removed it after one day. The sauna steamer was made in China. I received an email that I would be getting the larger, oval ice bath (I received the small, round one). These are low quality products.

The LED light mask does not ship from the United States (as their website states); it is shipped from Hong Kong. I have yet to receive it.

The website states their products are tested for safety in the USA and European facilities (this can’t be true as Hong Kong is a part of Asia). It’s all sketchy. Especially, considering they removed my review. They only keep higher star reviews up (which are probably fake).

Ice Dragon has misleading/false advertising. I don’t trust that their products have no VOC’s (as the website states). Doubt anything they say is true.

They sent me a defective $1,200 red light therapy blanket and refused to do a refund return. They never responded to my emails. Same on this company. ITS A SCAM!

I bought this sauna for my boyfriend. He’s hard on his body at work and in the gym. We set it up four days ago and have been using it every day after working out and walking the dog. The first time he used it, he could only sit in it for 20 minutes because it gets really hot and steamy. This sauna feels durable, was easy to set up, affordable, and effective. This sauna had both of us dripping with sweat. And we really like that it’s a steam sauna and not a dry heat sauna. The steam has helped with our breathing, skin, and just overall wellbeing. Will post another update after using it consistently!
