This is an excellent hairdryer,but,I ordered next day delivery and it took 6 days.The box was damaged and there was a long hair in the box,which had clearly been opened!I bought this on behalf of a client who due to an accident,wanted a lightweight hairdryer.

Fantastic
I bought this for my mum as she struggles with hairdryers due to her arthritis. It didn’t disappoint it is definitely light weight couldn’t believe it. She loves it as she isn’t struggling holding the hairdryer and it’s weight. Would recommend this to anyone.

DONT BUY. Ordered hairdryer it said it would be here in 2-4 days but didn't arrive went into tracking and it was supposed to be sat in the post office for a week .I emailed them a couple of times but with no response at all. They just ignored the situation

I was a bit disappointed

Bad smell, but nice hair
The ice hair pro has been really good for my hair it’s reduced frizzy parts.
The only problem l have is the Smell of the shampoo it smells of the old violet sweets and its very strong, and unfortunately because of this l won’t be buying anymore
