Rest assured we are working on all orders. We work on a first come first service basis so our team are going through vast number of orders daily as you can imagine with a small team and with industrial action with couriers please expect some delays. However we are doing our best. If you was not aware we have to source the items, authenticate, quality check and then dispatch to you.
I’ve checked your order status specifically and our team have dispatched with express international delivery and tracking has been provided.
Could you please change that review 🙏🏻 as you can see we work very hard on delivering a great service and you can tell this via our reviews. We are genuinely working overtime and have not stopped since Black Friday/Cyber Monday even for a second. The delays are unfortunately an entire U.K. wide issue with couriers and completely out of our control. We have dispatched your item and it’s on route. However as we have dispatched on Saturday it will won’t be updated till it’s scanned on route during the week no later than Tuesday.

Just received a tracksuit I bought for my son’s birthday he is made up with it, had an issue with the first one going missing with Royal Mail emailed IceKickz team and they sorted a replacement one straight away with no hassle, great communication replied to every message I sent more or less straight away, will definitely order from them again, highly recommend.

It would firstly help if your review made any sense. That’s a start. Secondly you never once in your emails to us mentioned that you placed the order by accident. You’ve purchased the jacket and we have delivered the correct jacket. You then proceeded to email our team and request a refund because you wished to return the item. Our team has informed you that Trapstar items are sourced on demand specifically for your order and excluded from our normal returns policy. We explained the reasons behind this, one of which being Trapstar items are easily presentable as brand new even after being worn and also that it is a limited item and not available on retail. Hence why we often have to source the item into our store, authenticate, quality check and then dispatch to you. However you insisted on completely ignoring any of our explanation. Our returns policy is very clearly written on our website and also on the description page for the product. You failed to read these terms and stated that this was not mentioned to you when purchasing. This is a sour review you’ve left because you failed to read our policy. We have done everything we can to communicate and be polite and explain the processes and justification to you. Also just a recommendation from us, please read item descriptions before making a purchase. It’s not difficult and will save you the hassle of going through this again.
