I purchased both a tennis necklace and a tennis bracelet from IceLink, and they both started getting caught on every single piece of clothing — not just mine but even others’ when I hugged them. The clasp on the bracelet was very loose and kept opening on its own whenever it got snagged. Eventually, it came off completely and got lost.

The necklace broke after only wearing it twice when it got caught on a friend’s shirt during a hug. Both items were purchased months apart (about six months difference), so this isn’t just a bad batch — it seems like a design flaw.

I reached out to customer service multiple times hoping for a fair resolution, but they kept offering the same repair option instead of acknowledging the quality issue. I really wanted to give the business a chance to fix their defective items, but they didn’t handle it well.

I wouldn’t recommend the tennis bracelets or necklaces based on my experience.

FOR EVERYONE OUTSIDE OF THE US, DONT BUY HERE. I just remembered that i never wrote a review and really didn’t want to do it, but just thought about it after a long while. Perhaps I am not the only one in this situation and should warn others. It really pains me as an Armenian to be writing such a review about the business of another Armenian, that was also one of the reasons i didn’t write a review immediately. But i’ve never been scammed this much in my life…

It all started in August 2024 as i saw their beautiful jewelry on their website and decided to buy an anklet as a gift. I ordered the Armenian letter ‘E’, I had to pay €30 for shipping, which wasn’t a problem for me in the start. After it almost arrived in my country i heard from UPS that i had to pay duties (which wasn’t stated on the website), but well thinking at the time it’s an Armenian company owner I didn’t care as much.

It all went really bad when I received the product, when I happily opened the box, I saw they sent the wrong letter. Thought to myself, that it’s very unfortunate but faults can always be made. I contacted the team and they told me that they would send another one.

I had to pay AGAIN import duties for the package, which made me a little irritated, but “hey it’s an Armenian business so I won’t complain’ I told myself. After receiving the second package I really became furious, THE PACKAGE WAS EMPTY!!

I immediately took my phone to record all of it, so i could send it to them. HOW CAN SOMEONE SCREW UP THIS BAD…

I contacted the support team with all my information and evidence and long story short they didn’t take it seriously and offered me a silly $20 voucher, which wasn’t anywhere close to what I payed for getting the ‘amazing’ experience.

In the end they just ignored me and all I was left with is a useless anklet for no one to give to…

It hurts me to write this as an Armenian…

I love how each piece made in IceLink is unique and representing our Armenian culture. I love each product that I have purchased and wearing them with love, especially my last purchase which was a gold cross with gold chain.

I have a few items from icelink and I treasure them all. My favorite of all is the cross studs. It’s beautiful and represents my faith. I wear them all the time and get many compliments.

The jewelry are very beautiful and the amazing staff which helped me with my choices gave me very good recommendations and gave more choices to choose, and more option to take a look at and pick the one which really suits us.

I bought a gift for my husband for his birthday and he really liked it. I also got an anklet for my best friend with her initial and she’s obsessed.
