The exerience was not "great"and you shoulf not try to "lead" the reviewer. It was as one would expect when purchasing a relatively expensive item. It arrived promptly and effectively ices the knee. It is a little "Basic" in terms of operation; but it does the job. An on/off switch would better and a connecting tube that is articulated at both ends would allow assembly and dismantling much easier.

well made but very heavy
very fast delivery
product very well made
however pruduct for knees is very heavy
I am a light weight female and felt it could damage my knees if I walked around using - even laying down it is heavy
if product could be mde using less liquid it would be lighter and maybe more pliable

The motor is a bit on the noisy side.
It is ice water used and not ice, but last longer than usual depending on the quantity of ice.
However you're tethered to it for the duration.
The fuller you fill it the shorter the pump have to work per cycle.
