I have used the service for several years and generally pleased with the experience. Once my password would not work as it should and they quickly responded to my request for solving the problem. I use the 3 month subscriptions and pay each time because I am reluctant to trust anyone with recurrent payments, plus it is a hassle and worry even if they eventually cancel as requested. But I have never had any problems with individual renewals.
