Great product, and quick delivery !

I made two purchases of the same t-shirt in less than a week. I ordered the kneeling Kaepernick shirt for my husband in black but I guess I wasn't thinking because the afro was black too so you wouldn't get the full understanding of the graphic. So the second he opened the package and saw the black on black I ordered another one in the Heather gray color. It looks amazing and arrived just in time for his birthday. The afro fist is clear and the message is understood!

I understand that there is cost in postage for returns but my order however it was received in your side was not what I needed. And no I don’t want 40% off my next purchase because I could barely afford this. Now I’m stuck with two huge LONG sleeve... (that I didn’t even know was an option) shirts.. it’s not like I wanted my money back

I have a hard time giving good reviews to any company has a no return or exchange policy for on-line sales. I also tried to use my credit card to make a purchase but could not and had to use pay pal.

The mug was packed in a cardboard box. No packing material, no padding. Unsurprisingly, the mug was smashed. A remarkable indifference to customer service. There is NO WAY that anyone could expect a ceramic mug to survive being mailed without padding. Might as well just include a card, one that says, "Screw you, loser! Your mistake for trusting Icestork with your money!"

Liked that you can pay with PayPal and delivery was faster than expected. Good quality hoodie too.

Got the item fine and it is ok but I placed my order super early in the morning, maybe 7 am. At 8 am I emailed every customer service email I could find to ask for a different item instead. No one responded for 3 days and my item was finally sent and they responded saying that they couldn’t because it was sent. If they were on top of their customer service inquiries that wouldn’t of happened.

I want a refund . I'll ship back the sweater but it's nothing like the picture I'm super disappointed

Ordered a sweater off here. The image was completely blurred and pixely. So bad I can't even wear it. It looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. I would give 0 stars if I could.
