Appalling service and lies
I ordered some equipment on Aliexpress and they use Fedex to deliver. I did get messages that they were estimating delivery on Aug. 11 and did I need to make any changes in delivery address. I did and that seemed to go through. They sent me an invoice for customs and Vat and I payed that immediately. They then send me on Aug 13th a notice that I am expecting a delivery between 16:10 and 17:10. So I stayed at home to be there for the delivery, although I was supposed to be at work at 5. Well They didn't come so I ran off to work. At 5:50 they call and tell me they are delivering my order. I told them I had to leave for work, so they said. No problem, just call us tomorrow and we will deliver it then. So I did and got an email saying: No problem I'll put it on delivery today. I waited all day. They didn't show up. I sent an email (because they don't answer telephonecalls before noon) and suddenly there is a change of tone. Now I have to get it myself. Since I do not have access to a car right now, I can't. So I sent an email quoting the driver and the person who told me they were sending to me. Got an email saying: Oh, sorry about that, I'll have it delivered to you today. So now it is past 6 on a Friday. I have been waiting all day and nothing.
This is just appalling service.
