My delivery was exactly what I had ordered. I ordered a plushy for my daughter that she had picked out and she was very pleased. I would definitely purchase again from them. Reliable, and the delivery updates were a plus, it even came early.

Everything i ordered was in perfect condition and it even came early 🙃

Great experience, delivered faster than expected

I had the best experience buying from Ichiba Japan. Firstly, I made a mistake with my shipping details and emailed them. I received a response within 10 minutes and the issue was corrected. They were very kind and helpful. Then, within half an hour of ordering, my order was packed and ready to be picked up by the courier! Being in Australia, I expected my package to arrive within a 2-3 week period, but it arrived within 5 business days! My Pokemon plush was packaged with care and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be reordering and have recommended them to friends, too! Thank you, Ichiba Japan!

I would highly recommend Ichiba Japan. I didn't know anything about their online store until I was looking for a specific Pokemon Charizard plush. They were the only ones who had the version I was looking for, at a reasonable price.

I love that their website is so detailed regarding shipping internationally and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient they were with handling my order. I was able to check for updates on where my order was at each point and the plush came neatly packaged.

Overall, if you find what you're looking and not sure whether to try them out - I would say give them a chance! You will not be disappointed!

Good website to buy japanese products
The quality is perfect and prices the same as in it's country
But they don't tell you the price it cost at the end with customs fee or shipping...
I had to pay 15€ more for customs even after paying 8€ of shipping

I'm in the US, and I bought some Guilty Gear merch. I was kind of skeptical about buying it, and I figured it might be some sort of scam or something.

However, right after I confirmed the order and got the receipt email, my suspicions basically instantly disappeared. Everything was highly professional. I particularly appreciated the links to the Japanese postal site as well as the links to the various national postal sites, along with explanations of what all the statuses meant.

Shipping speed-wise, I chose the 7-day shipping option. The package took around 8 days to actually arrive, but I'm going to blame that on USPS and the fact I'm in a more remote area, so no dings there. Plenty of email updates were provided about the status of the package.

Overall, buying from here was a great experience. Any potential issues or worries I had were addressed completely.

Once the Dizzy plushes come back in stock I will 100% be buying those from this company as well. 5/5 stars, no question.

I bought a pair of plushies from Ichiba Japan and they both arrived much sooner than expected. I heard from this site through reddit initially, and I decided to give them a try. I still have both plushies in my desk as we speak.
