This company is absolutely a rip off ordered item a month ago still waiting emails sent replies back my order still in transit wheres it coming from Mars they were quick at taking the money please please please avoid using this company asks for money back cant because item is in transit

They get one star for sending the item I ordered. That’s where it ends. The product is defective, it just doesn’t work! I’ve emailed them countless times only to now be blocked 🚫 Funnily as soon as I asked for a refund, that’s when their email address stopped ‘accepting or receiving’ my emails. I have contacted this company several times for a return address as the splint I bought didn’t fit. I have had no reply. The email addresses don’t work. Does anyone have an address so I can return this useless item. I can’t afford to lose £30.
Whatever you do don’t buy from these robbers.

Don’t buy from this company. They are only interested with taking your money. I am £40. down, and feeling very foolish. It’s a scam, it will kid you into believing it’s in England, it isn’t. It’s China. Gone silent, no more responses. The tracking numbers are fake. Con artists.

PLEASE REFUND ME. Enough now.

Ordered a castor oil pack no confirmation email was sent. I contacted them and was asked for a load of details. I sent them a screen shot of the payment on Saturday and have not heard back. Has been six days without contact.
After posting a bad review on here they got in touch and I am currently using my castor oil pack.

My faith in human nature has been restored .
Ben has come back to me and kindly refunded my money back to my account for which I am very grateful.
He has also said I can keep the product but I shall donate to a charity shop as I haven’t paid for it.
It may be better for someone with younger skin.
I think when dealing with different people things can get out of control and there is confusion - everyone need to know what is going on .

After reading these reviews I asked to cancel my order according to jeannie I can’t do that but I can get a refund within 30 days if I send the item back at my own expense!!!!
Emailed this jeannie back no reply !
According to the tracking system they use my item has been delivered well not to me it hasn’t obviously they are con artists and I have been scammed
Please do not use this company for anything!!!!!!

I bought some of the neoprene workout trousers on April 11th. The first size didn’t fit me so I was assured another set was on the way. And I didn’t have to return the first. Second set has never articed I have been emailing Jeanie who now I have asked for a refund has started ignoring me.
Awful customer service. Total scam artists. Do not use. Trousers are way too wide and far too short

Chinese fakes, money returned but no one paid me for shipping to China. Contact has been lost.

Ordered hair straighteners. Was told they had shipped. Never received them. Contacted them and was assured a replacement would be sent. This never appeared. Continued to try to contact company and then there was radio silence. Still not got what I ordered and am £60 out of pocket. Very disappointing

Surely a refund is justified?
order a heated eye mask early december. Took over 1 month to arrive. When it did it was not what was advertised, it was basically a £5 eye mask not the £35 heated, massaging luxury one that i thought i was buying as advertised. Contacted them and jeannie from customer services replied, asked for pictures and agreed to send the eye mask i originally ordered out. This was early january. Were in late april now and still no mask. I did send an email in february to be told not to worry it would arrive. Since then i have not had any replies, no refunds or mask. I would strongly advise to avoid as clearly a scam, misselling items taking money and not sending the correct goods. Disgusting especially when it was ordered for christmas, didnt arrive in time and took £35 which could have been spent elsewhere as christmas is a hard time for many financially.

Ordered an arm sling for physio 8th April evening, realised the next day that the company despite the UK address ships from China which would take too long. Requested to cancel on the 9th, informed item already shipped so could not cancel but could return within 14 days.
No invoice to email at time of order or when product arrived on the 22nd April (invoice still eludes me) and emailed to return the item which I was told I could and have been offered only 20% of the item price despite fulfilling all 3 components of their returns policy and none of the four indications for an unwarranted return,

They email a response in about 24 to 48 hours. And it’s also concerning how the 5 and 4 star reviews are all written in the same format. Questionable practice.

I ordered a padded liner for my disabled mother’s wheelchair £70 paid in February not received requests for refund ignored - as a pensioner my mother can not afford to throw away £70 - no phone number that works only contact via emails that are fobbed off and then just not replied to. My advice DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. I intend to report to trading standards.

Ordered a water bottle. Never turned up.
Promised refund. Never happened.
Both phone numbers just hang up.
Edit. To be fair, they (way after 2 promised dates) refunded me.

It’s a very bad company I Odered a face mask last week and it still didn't arrived I tried to email them but the email is not working what is this a scam disgusting am so disappointed how they scam people like this I will report them to trading standards

All the reviews i read on their site must false so they should be prosecuted, l ordered a hair dryer it came in a package that was well smashed about, in fact this hair dryer l ordered off of this site. It had no name of the maker of the hair dryer it was broken. These people should be shut down

Ordered a wireless lumber massager then read the reviews and requested to cancel which was granted.
Refund promised 3-5 working days ,14 days later no refund.
Emailed and reply stated the refund was sent when the order was cancelled and to check my bank account.
Total fabrication have contacted my bank to retrieve my refund.Avoid the company at all costs

Ordered item, not shipped, contacted my bank to block this company. No phone call access. Something not right here!!!!! I have contacted by support message .

PS your reply stating that I had not sent. Message is incorrect, because you have replied stating I could not cancel my order and to return it if I wasn’t satisfied. Item has been dispatched from China now. The problem is , there are too many staff responding to messages.

I received the glass hydrogen bottle I ordered after 2 or so weeks, but there is a part which is not mentioned in the instructions. I have emailed the company several times, but they just ignore me. I have now requested a refund. The instructions are so basic as to be useless.

Just had the response below, but FAQ's don't actually help. Please either answer my concerns or raise a Return for me. I can't believe your company is selling something that they don't know how to use and can't give advice on.
