I spent €120 at this perfume shop and received only one small sample. The staff told me they had nothing else to offer, which is something I've heard before on previous visits. It's disappointing when regular customers don't feel appreciated. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. 😉

Always a blessed experience in-store!

ordered from ICI PARIS XL more than 1.5 months ago. After the bpost strikes, my parcel disappeared and the tracking stopped updating. Customer service only keeps telling me to wait, without offering a replacement or refund. Very disappointing experience for such a big company.

Order was planned to be sent in 2 packages due to stock issues. The first box did not contan the most expensive item (80 eur); the second box was in the meantime cancelled. Ici paris claimed that all items were in box no 1, “ there is the tracking number” . No invoice/ order form with the package.
Total scam.
Client service not reachable, and if so, not competent.
Nevr again.

This happened in Waregem. Unfortunately, today I went to pick up a package with my little brother for my mother.
But this is the last time.
At the checkout, we were told to move on to have the package wrapped. So we did, and I noticed that we hadn't paid yet, but because we had to move on, I thought we would pay at the next checkout.
The cashier had to ask loudly enough whether we had already paid, to which I replied, "You asked us to move on, so I thought we would have to pay here."
The woman immediately felt the need to mention that the receipt would not work if we did not pay.
I reiterated that we would not leave the store without paying.
She then arrogantly allowed us to pay without looking at us and said nothing more.
It's a shame that it had to end this way. And that everyone looked at us like we were criminals. Just because my little brother wanted to buy a gift for his mother.

Ordered 2 parfumes during the sales in july, received only 1 ( cheaper), saying that the second item will come. No invoice, no bon de commande in the box.
The client service is not reachable, if and when yes, suggests to wait for the remaining item. Never received.
Ici Paris claims that they can proove that they sent me the complete order with a tacking number. Yes, but the order was not complete.
Total scam, will never ever buy from them anything.

Bought a smell in local ici paris shop. Parfum not edt. Lovely smell in the shop from tester. Paper keeps smelling until i got home .Next day at home : a full bottle but...it does not smell. Or just a little bit. Not on body,Not on clothes, not on paperstrip. I go downstairs to ask husband opinion about my new smell. He says: i dont smell anything.
Next weekend family party: nobody smells the odeur, not even when reapplied.
Tried to return it to several shops of ICi Paris. Suddenly the bottles are unavailablein every shop . I bought it a week earlier as promotion.
They say a lot off things:
With summerperfume it is normal
You didnt apply well
You should reapply every 30 min
We cant do anything for you
We dont take complaints in account on promotions

Wtf im 54 and buying and applying perfumes for longer than them misses ages .

Shame on you ICI Paris

Really disappointed. I ordered an expensive diffuser online as a gift- the package arrived a day late and the box was missing the diffuser reeds. Won’t be ordering again for substandard delivery with half of the order missing.

the employees here in ICI PARIS XL lier are something horrible 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 they have no common sense, they speak very badly to you, they stand behind you as if you are preparing to steal something 🤣🤣🤣🤣 if you ever think of going to this store, don't do it, I tell you with all sincerity that you will regret it, you can't work with such people, it's beyond measure, it's unacceptable, they are there to guide us and show us, not to talk to us like animals, like and since we can't afford to buy a perfume, you guys from ICI PARIS Xl made a bad choice when you chose these as employees 🤣 change these employees with 2 money bills, maybe that's how it will be change something☺️☺️ not even worth a star 😉

When I compare the same perfume I bought from Sephora and from iciparis, Iciparis smells like fake. The smell disappears after 30 mins. Their online website sends the worst testers. It seems like they are getting rid off waste. I order female products and I get male perfume testers.

This company is a total rip off I have experience that for myself. Bought a product in your De Panne store charged 71.50 for 100ML of the product. Then noticed on your web site same product for 71.90 for 200ML. When back to store today only to be lied too staff member said 200ML did not exist when it does. A total rip off I will certainly never use your company again!

The worst company worst service don’t buy from them or you gonna regret they lost my package and they say we need to wait until the bpost confirm that so the bpost confirm that and I send it to them and they said we need to receive it from them we will contact them ok so i wait for another week no answer then we call again and they say ohh sorry we didn’t see your email blabla we gonna transfer your money in two weeks....... if anyone want to buy online buy from netherlands they are the best ever so far top top
