I wouldn’t say the experience was great it was essential to rule out blood in urine etc. The test thankfully was negative however, it is very expensive plus postage to carry out a test that can be done through our Doctor if there were concerns. To repeat the Icle test every 3 months will be too expensive for us pensioners.

After receiving many emails regarding how important this test is I bought one after 12 days still no test they have no telephone number but messaged and emailed 3 times over the 12 days still no reply and the account said non fulfilled even though the £24.99 had been taken 12 days previously extremely poor service especially considering how important this test is to men’s health

After seeing all the adverts about it, it made me think and I ordered a pack of 6 I have done one test ,it’s easy to do and clear to understand.

No problem in procuring a couple of the slightly pricey test units which were straight forward and easy to use-have no idea how accurate are the results - I came up all clear, so am taking the findings on face value and also you do get a feeling of relief !!

Not sure how well these work, bought some for my father it went blue within seconds, worried we called the doctor he did a urine test, just got his results and there was no blood in his urine, so the icicle test gave a false reading!… however they are good for making you think about it and getting checked out regardless of if the reading is correct of not

Wouldn't recommend extra cost for next day delivery. Ordered on Friday, arrived the next Wednesday.

I logged onto Instagram and was met by James Whale in an advert promoting this. Being an impulse buyer I bought it and done the test. It has highlighted proble.s and I have been given an emergency referral to Birmingham QE Hospital. Please God this has saved my life!!

Excellent product, very easy to use. It gives an immediate result and is a fantastic indicator of whether there is a potential problem. GP surgeries use a similar product when testing - so a great way to administer your own test in your own home. I am now subscribing for one every six months …. well worth it!

My test was negative (Yay). An hour later, it wasn't (Boo) ~ so I emailed Icle to ask which result I should trust, the negative result in the time frame they give (no less than 20 seconds, no more than 60 seconds) ... or the positive result after an hour.

I also asked, in the same email, for no 'copy/paste' generic answers (e.g. "It's only an at-home test / not definitive / always best advice to have a full workup done at your doctors" etc etc etc) as I am a Doctor myself (OK I have a PhD) & require more in depth explanations / scenarios under which a negative test can turn positive after an hour

No such personalised response was forthcoming, just the generic copy paste answers I had specifically asked not to receive

So I am giving one star because ...

1) I gave Icle customer services the opportunity to furnish a full intelligent answer to a clearly articulated simple question ... they didn't take it

2) I STILL have no clue, post test, if I have blood in my urine or not, and thus, in my particular case, the test was worthless

If icletest.co.uk wish me to amend this review, your BEST attention please. Lets try again: "Under what specific clinical circumstances can a negative test develop into positive after 1 hour?"

It spotted blood and I contacted my doctor who is investigating already the issue but without this I would never have known
