I enjoyed my doctor replies. Customer service took a few requests to get my question to the proper doctor but once they did I was satisfied as usual!

Had I knowed the doctors were in India…

Had I knowed the doctors were in India I never would have signed up. This is a scam since if you want any kind of advice you will be charged every time you contact a doctor and who knows if they are really doctors. They can say anything they want!
I have requested a refund of the amount I paid. Please do not use this website. I am usually very careful about what I sign up for!

I highly appreciate that you give free consultations that is a deal breaker. Secondly you make sure to collect all the necessary data so that you give the best treatment and advice, very important and giving and finely you follow up and are very polite. I love it. Annoying Security Policies for Website

This site, which may actually provide a useful service, seems to constantly send you notifications that you need to set a new password because your current password has 'Expired', but after setting a new password you are not allowed to log in because it will not accept your User ID or some nonsense....
This is ridiculous, as well as indicative of online entities that are run by the more modern generations, who have NO CLUE what they are doing, in that they try to let the computers / BOTs / Automated Systems run everything for them, all while making it a CHORE to contact them for 'Support'!!

I got one answer with no follow up for $50. You need follow up to get a complete picture. Also just be advised this is a company in India using Indian doctors not U.S.

Good doctors and prompt service

Good doctors and prompt service. A little more clarity on proscription format and download and query or consultation helps. On the whole very useful and satisfying service with due concern.

Top notch

Answered my question promptly and succinctly. There was no beating about the bush. More elaboration would have been nice, too, but it would have been hard from the pictures I sent to do so. So, still highly commendable. And all at a good price.
