Bean Bag should be fully filled on delivery
Nice item - am pleased, but disappointed we had to fill part of it ourselves. The Box it arrived in was massive and would have housed the Bean Bag if it was completely filled!

The bean bag i ordered arrived the next day, in perfect condition and was better quality than I expected. The material is so easy to wipe or brush off, weve been using it outside in the garden. Thank you!

Great bean bags - frustrating filling
We ordered two of the indoor/outdoor beanbags and so far they seem great. They haven't yet made it outdoors but they look like they will hold up well. It is handy having a couple of extra 'chairs' around the house that are so easy to move. It would be 5 stars, however, they arrive partially filled and we made a right mess of filling them up. Others may have better luck but we are still finding the balls (it has now turned into a game). However, I wouldn't let it put me off ordering another but I do still wish they came completely pre-filled.

Lovely product
The product is nice. DPD were the delivery courier on this and they were terrible. Didn't show up, claimed they had attempted a drop off when they hadn't. Took a few days of chasing them. I eventually contacted ICON who sorted everything out and got my delivery to me quickly. Product and customer service from ICON was great, DPD is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.

Very easy to order and excellent…
Very easy to order and excellent service with the goods being despatched next day. Took off one star as the courier initially said they tried to deliver but were unable to. However, the delivery address was my work address, which is open 24/7. The second attempt was successful though, which is fine.
